I did not intend to subscribe for this
I did not intend to subscribe for this. There’s no notification for it. I just happened to notice it on my credit card eventually after being charged for several months. I do not deny that I did not sign up for it and that legally I must’ve agreed to it. But it just feels like there could be better customer service with regard to the fact that the subscription is now underway. I’ve seen other vendors do this and I think it’s the right moral thing to do given the day and age we live in.

Unfair automatic charge and zero transparency
Requesting a full refundI am extremely disappointed with Use.ai. I signed up for their service, but I was hit with an automatic subscription charge without proper warning or clear notice that the trial/billing period would renew this way.This is an unfair practice that catches users by surprise. I have already contacted their support team to cancel my subscription immediately, and I demand a full refund of the amount charged.
