Free Trial Was a Huge Disappointment
I signed up for Higgsfield AI as a brand-new user because I heard about the advertised 1-day free trial. I entered my card details, activated the trial, and expected to actually be able to test the platform before deciding whether it was worth paying for. Instead, after my very first prompt, I was hit with a "Top up to keep using" message. That is completely unacceptable and one of the worst first impressions I've had with any service. If you're going to advertise a free trial, then it should actually work instead of asking users for money almost immediately.
This experience completely killed any interest I had in using Higgsfield. It feels unprofessional, frustrating, and like a complete waste of my time. I went through the hassle of signing up and providing my payment information only to be blocked from using what was supposed to be a free trial. Rather than making me want to become a customer, this experience guaranteed that I won't be using Higgsfield again, and I definitely can't recommend it based on how poorly this was handled.

Good platform and great support, but pricing is a bit high
Overall, the platform is good and works well. However, I experienced a UX issue during checkout where the site didn't show a loading or confirmation screen, which led to an accidental double charge. Also, I feel that the overall pricing is a bit too high.
That being said, their customer service is excellent. Mason from support helped me immediately, took responsibility for the glitch, and processed a full refund without any hassle. A solid product with great support, just needs some UI improvements and better pricing.

They are a fuçking scammers, be very careful guys, they did a 1 day free trial, after trying it nothing was working, they just collected my card details, and charged me the day after without my permission, when I asked for a refund, they denied, even though I didn't use any credits neither in the free trial nor after they charge. And their cause is even stupid, saying it's a renewal, how's something I couldn't even try in the free trial nor after charging me considered a renewal?

Impressive AI video platform — I built an entire AI cinema app (HYDRA) on Higgsfield for the App Builder contest. Seedance 2.0 with character references gave me consistent, cinematic results across dozens of scenes: same characters, same visual identity, scene after scene. 30 video Animations w/ Kling 3.0 and Sol 5.6 Ultra
Used it to create 30 videos / animations in 4K about the future of mobility for a big event, spent like 1500 tokens using Kling 3.0, it got stuck on a few videos that I had to redo 3-4 times (mostly transformer-like mechanical transitions of a car into a flying car) but otherwise it did the work just fine. Even managed to pull a low-tech poor man's 3D anamorphic effect for 1/3 of the videos... Prompts were done on Chatgpt Sol 5.6 Ultra where I would upload the wrong video and it would redo/optimize the prompt.

Free trial converts to paid subscription without clear warning
Tested the 3-day free trial. It converted into a paid Plus subscription (€58.31) with no clear warning before the charge. Support said refunds only apply to the initial purchase, not renewals, per their Terms (Section 9.3). Also worth knowing: deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription — you need to cancel it separately, or you'll keep getting billed. Under EU law, providers must clearly notify users before a trial converts to paid; that didn't happen here. If you try the trial, set a reminder and cancel manually before it renews — don't rely on deleting the account

Besides this there is markeing campign about seedance 2.0 unlimited usage but as a signed up user we got nothing :(
