Version 4.0 is,to put it politely,absolutely rubbish. It’s expensive, slow, and inefficient (adding shots that weren’t requested, ignoring the provided templates, inserting unrequested audio). There’s zero response from customer service, and only one out of every five generations is even remotely usable (I wouldn’t go so far as to call any of them a success). You burn through your credits, and Kling never offers any kind of goodwill gesture. The revamped interface is mediocre at best; options have disappeared, making the user experience painful and frustrating. It’s a disgrace. Canceling my subscription. Moving on elsewhere.

Worst AI video generator. No support if there is an issue only replies with automated msgs. Decided to cancel my subscription after 1d and after one month i was charged again even though i have already cancelled. Reached out to them via email but they didnt entertain saying its virtual goods. I havent used single credit and informed them as soon as i was charged but they refused to refund.

I had a very frustrating experience with Kling AI. My subscription was renewed one day earlier than expected, and I was charged for a new billing period that I did not intend to continue.

I contacted support to explain the situation and request a refund, but instead of actually addressing the issue, I was simply told that subscriptions automatically renew and that I should have cancelled beforehand.

After this experience, I cannot recommend Kling AI to anyone. In my opinion, nobody should use this service if this is how they handle subscription renewals and refund requests.

I am a paying subscriber, but the waiting time for a 10-second scene is estimated at over 3 hours. How can I work like this? I need to produce a video that is built sequentially.

It's the worst! Paid for a yearly subscription, their app allowed 2 accounts to be made with my Google account I informed them so they can delete one but they deleted the one with the subscription on it now they are lost cause they no longer see the account! This is bull shit and it's their fault!!! And they talk about it's no refunds. Don't do It!!!

Kling AI had MASSIVELY increased their prices while releasing a new model that is absolute garbage. They spend all their money on fake positive comment bots on social media rather than actually making AI software that actually works. And they won't refund a single penny for the total crap their software spits out.

I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero stars. This gives good video but hardly ever what’s asked for and don’t expect customer services to help any. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY

I switched to Kling AI after a disappointing experience with another AI video platform, hoping for better results. Unfortunately, Kling ended up being just as unreliable.

The initial generations looked promising, but repeated attempts produced distorted visuals, broken text, inconsistent characters, and unusable results. Even after significantly simplifying the prompts and reducing the video length, the same problems continued.

I understand that AI video generation isn't perfect, but customers shouldn't have to keep spending credits experimenting just to get basic instructions followed.

I didn't spend nearly as much as I did on the other platform, but the experience was equally frustrating. Great potential, poor consistency, and disappointing value for money.

I won't be continuing with Kling AI.

Videos came out very unrealistic. Worse, there's no way to cancel in the app — support told me to go to the website, but after 15 minutes of looking I couldn't find a way to cancel. At one point I found a Manage button; now it's gone. Their in-app chat doesn't work either — messages disappear right after they appear. Support's answer was that emailing them doesn't count as cancelling and I have to cancel it myself. 30 minutes and multiple emails just to try to cancel, and I'm still subscribed.

Really not good as you can see on internet. After 1 years of using it, i m just disappointed. Too many mistake and not nice result. and really big problem of subscription and unsubscription to switch to another version.

I gave instructions to make the video a still image with fire burning and rain on windows and specifically said make the image a still image,no panning ,no camera movement.. 3 times all my credits used..they still had movement in the video..this is how they suck money out of you..another fraud scheme..I cannot use any of these stupid videos and will never deal with this again!!!!!!!

They offer a trail version where you can buy just credits to try out the product before subscribing. I did just this and then immediately after payment a banner pops up saying the service is too busy and you can only use your credits if you upgrade to a membership (this was not stated ANYWHERE), they basically scam you out of money then try force you to upgrade. I contacted support and they said ' no refunds, bye'.

As many have noted, you can give very explicit prompts to this product, and it still produces wonky/incorrect output. You pay in credits BEFORE you see what is generated. If it's wrong? You pay the FULL rate again to process your prompt to attempt to correct it. This process continues for each prompt it takes to "refine" the initial slop they render. It feels like an intentionally predatory model, and ends up being more expensive than better options. Look elsewhere.

Do not waste a single penny on Kling AI. They use a highly deceptive, predatory billing funnel designed to trap your money without ever delivering a working product.
Here is exactly how their scam operates:
1. The Bait: They offer a "7-day free trial," but the system is intentionally throttled or broken during this period, forcing you into a corner where you are told your credits are too low to actually generate anything.
2. The Trap: They push you to buy a credit package (I spent $10). The moment your payment goes through, the system instantly locks you out anyway, giving an error message stating: "We are too busy to generate, upgrade to a member to be prioritized."
3. The Ransom: Your paid credits are now completely useless hostage data. They will not allow you to apply the $10 you just spent toward the monthly subscription, nor will they issue a refund. They demand more money for a standard membership just to unlock the credits you already paid for.

Their automated community still standards filters started producing false positives on completely innocuous renders (non explicit, swimsuit editorial type imagery). We sent a message to support but received no answer. Our 11,800 credits then expired without our being able to use them. This is technically a breach of service contract.

Kling produced video clips with weird lettering all across the video, 1000s of credits wasted. Reported it to Kling numerous times with zero response. You would be mad to engage with this company, take your money for a product not fit for service and no to respond to resolve the issues.
