The model seems to only be good at…

The model seems to only be good at creating garbage and slop. The prompt modification is costly and does not work properly. The cancellation of subscription is not straight forward and hints at a shaddy practice. This is way too expensive for the service it provides and the general output quality. If you want to cancel, you need to downgrade to basic plan. This is twisted unclear and confusing.

We are sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations.

PixVerse offers a variety of models, and results can vary depending on the model, prompt, and generation settings. If you are unhappy with particular outputs, please email the relevant video links to support@pixverse.ai so our team can review them. To reduce credit usage while testing prompts, you may also try generating at a lower resolution first.

If you need to cancel your subscription but cannot find the relevant option, please contact support@pixverse.ai with the email address associated with your subscription. Our team will be happy to help.

From the worst to the best

I get mad with this AI and for sure I will never pay to use it. The results are not consistent. It can make incredible videos but most of the time, the AI doesn't understand the most basic prompt (even those made with AI especially for Pixverse). I keep wasting free credits. I get only 20% of good results, much below others AI.

Thank you for your feedback. Generation results can be affected by many factors, including the prompt, uploaded reference image, selected model, and settings. If your results often do not match expectations, please send the specific problem video links to support@pixverse.ai, and we’ll help review them.

I lost not only credits but also time—almost three hours—because this site couldn't generate a one-minute video for me.

The fact that the sixth frame went wrong is your fault, and it cost me so many credits. I lost not only credits but also time—almost three hours—because this site couldn't generate a one-minute video for me. And their Agent kept asking me to top up my credits. I had 600 credits to start with, but I lost over half of them arguing with the Agent. He seems to be programmed to "steal" credits, saying I don't have enough. I'm filing a complaint against this site and giving it a very negative review on all forums.

We’re sorry for the frustrating experience. Regarding Agent credit consumption, Agent may require significantly more credits than standard generation because it processes your request, visual information, project context, and conversation history. Longer conversations can increase token usage and credit cost.

If you want better control over credit usage, we recommend using the standard Text-to-Video or Image-to-Video modes.

If you believe there was a failed generation, error, or abnormal credit deduction, please contact support@pixverse.ai with the Agent chat link, charge time, and screenshots. We’ll help review it.

Scammers

Really good for free generations, However, I feel like the platform scams me out of credits by doing the most dumb generations, totally ignoring the prompt, even if I now provide the scene image, it must be on purpose or AI is Dumb, non intelligent. Then the option is there to download although it won't allow it from cell phones, and along with Google, will block you from downloading externally. Rubbish behaviour.

PIXVERSE is a Scam

This is a scam. You purchase a subscription but you still have to pay for tokens. You are given a notification that credits have been applied but they never show up. It's AI feature DOES NOT LISTEN, AND DOESN'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! Thereby, you go broke trying to get your video correct. I cancelled my subscription.

If I could, it would be no star now !

I would have given nearly 5 stars, I've been using the platform since a month until now, but since some adjustments they've made, this platform has become way too expensive for no reason.

The problem is mainly with the AI Agent if you have a project in mind to create.

The rate of one reply from the AI agent had a fixed rate of 2 credits at each reply from a discussion, just for a few lines of text, just to set things right. Since 06/18/2026, a simple Yes from the AI Agent can now cost you $5 (500 credits). Some few lines (10) cost me up to $25 for just one reply that is not relevant, just repeating what I was asking. No illustration created, no video created, no idea suggested.

PixVerse has become a ripp off. You won't be able to build a project with the AI Agent if you do not have a 100 thousands dollars budget, it's true.

I've been asking for some explanation to the support, some agents tell they have noticed the issue, some agents tell it's normal.

I would really recommend not taking any membership, you won't be able to use it as the credits you get won't last a few seconds on this AI platform.

I'm regretting subscribing for a year as I know now I've been scammed in some way.

I feel sad because I have to abandon my project halfway ! What a waste of money and time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The earlier 2-credit Agent replies were part of a temporary trial-stage discount, not the final billing standard.

The current Agent credit usage is calculated based on actual token consumption and the processing required for each task, so the cost may vary depending on the conversation and project complexity.

We understand that this change may feel significant, especially for users building larger projects. We have received your feedback and will continue working to reduce costs and improve the experience in future updates.

Great Program - Pathetic Management - Beware

I have been using this program for sometime, paying month-to-month, and I genuinely believe it is a brilliant piece of software. I love what the developers have built. However, my recent experience with a long-term subscription has been incredibly frustrating.

When I signed up for what I thought was a monthly plan, I discovered I had been charged for a full year. It appears the annual plan was pre-selected by default—a deceptive "dark pattern" that seems designed to catch users out. I decided to live with it because I valued the product (and got a discount), but from that day on, the service became functionally unusable.

I experienced constant issues with uploads, which would consistently hang at 50% or 97%. I have a fast internet connection and have zero issues with any other AI video generators (multi video generation programs in Eleven Labs and also Google Flow), but this platform became a constant hurdle. When I contacted support, they sent me generic, unhelpful troubleshooting links that I had already tried. Despite their promise to resolve my issues within five days, I heard nothing for 14 days and that was after I raised a dispute with PayPal.

It is a tragedy to see such a fantastic tool being managed this way. It feels like the current marketing and ownership are ruining a great product by prioritising overloading and deceptive billing over customer service. While their branding and website lead you to believe they are based in places like the US or Singapore, I have my doubts about their true operating base. Tread very carefully and do your research.

Even after I opened a PayPal dispute, their only response was a generic request for "more time to investigate," despite having two weeks to do so previously. I eventually received a refund through PayPal, but I would strongly advise others to tread carefully. I would never recommend a long-term subscription here. If you choose to use it, pay month-by-month, and be very wary of their checkout process.

My account got charged for the subscription even though I emailed support to cancel my account and not charge me.

They told me I can cancel my account at any time through their subscriptions page, but on the subscriptions page it actually said that I was on the free plan, meanwhile I was still getting the "You'll be charged soon" email from them.

Pure fraud, nothing else to add.

Unauthorized Remote Control During “Support” — Stay Aw

I paid $4.99 for PixVerse Elite on my Moto G Stylus 2025, twice on two different occasions. This added up to a total of $10 that I invested. Once , on Mayb 17, 2026 and the other May 27, 2026. I contacted support about a watermark issue. While screen recording as they requested, my phone was remotely controlled by a third party. I witnessed my screen being operated, apps opened/closed, with severe lag.

The remote control stopped immediately when I deleted my PixVerse account and uninstalled the app.

Afterward I ran Google Play Protect, Moto Secure, and Malwarebytes full scans. 0 threats found. I also revoked PixVerse access in my Google Account. The issue has not returned.

This indicates the remote access was tied directly to PixVerse’s app or permissions, not a separate virus.

I’ve filed an FTC report and disputed the charge. Do not install this app. If you already did, check: Accessibility > Installed apps, Device admin apps, and Google Account > Linked apps. Revoke PixVerse everywhere.

“Troubleshooting” should never mean someone else takes control of your device.

REPLY: PixVerse and the Agents that represent them are not being truthful and are indeed giving false misinformation about their intent. Again, DO NOT TRUST. This is a "Chinese operated" company, who works for the CCP. Stop pretending to be an honest company.

We’re sorry to hear about this experience, but PixVerse does not have the ability to remotely control a user’s phone or operate apps on the device.

Screen recordings requested by support are only used to help us understand the issue you are seeing. They do not grant PixVerse remote access or control permissions.

If you suspect your device was being controlled remotely, please review your phone’s permission settings, including Accessibility permissions, device admin apps, screen sharing tools, VPN/proxy apps, and any recently installed apps. You may also reset app permissions, change your account passwords, and enable two-factor authentication for better account security.

For any PixVerse billing issue, please contact us at support@pixverse.ai with your order IDs so we can help review the charges.

Creatively impressive, but disappointing customer transparency

PixVerse is creatively impressive, and I was able to produce many AI reels with it.
However, my experience with their subscription and support system seriously damaged my trust in the platform.

I lost around 3000 unused credits after renewal because subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Technically this is mentioned somewhere in the plan details, but in my opinion it is not communicated clearly enough considering the platform heavily emphasizes “credits” as if they were an accumulating balance.

The most disappointing part was customer support.

At first, support told me that the watermark issue on my videos could simply be solved by clicking “Remove Watermark.” After several exchanges and screenshots, they later clarified that watermark removal is actually available only with an active eligible paid subscription.

So the initial information I received was incomplete and misleading.

I understand companies have policies, and I fully respect that. My issue is not with strict rules themselves, but with unclear communication and contradictory support responses.

Because of this experience, instead of considering higher subscription plans in the future, I will most likely remain on the smallest tier or use alternative platforms more cautiously.

Creatively the tool is good.
Commercially and from a customer trust perspective, users should pay very close attention before subscribing.

I would also strongly recommend that new users avoid subscribing to larger credit plans unless they are absolutely sure they will fully consume them within the billing cycle, since unused subscription credits expire at renewal and do not carry over.

— Vittorio Rossellini, Milan (Italy)

Update:

Following my review, PixVerse re-examined my case and made a one-time goodwill adjustment after reviewing the confusion surrounding the watermark communication and the credit reset issue.

I appreciate the fact that they took the time to review the situation again and respond constructively. While I still believe the credit reset policy and some aspects of customer communication could be improved, I consider their follow-up professional and fair.

For this reason, I have updated my rating to reflect the complete experience.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion in our earlier communication. In the first reply, we mistakenly assumed you were already a subscribed user, so we explained how subscribed users can remove watermarks. In the second communication, we clarified that watermark removal is only available with an active paid subscription.

Regarding the credit reset issue, if you feel the current explanation can easily cause misunderstanding, we will share this feedback with our product team and work on improving the communication to reduce confusion for users.

If you’re worried about unused credits, you may consider starting with the Standard plan and purchasing extra credit packs separately when needed.
