After I got accepted for a project and they collected my id and face they deactivated my account. Wasted hours trying to complete the interview and assessment which I passed. Its ridiculous

The interview was good, but I had a traumatic experience with another project where I had several questions which I posted on the Discord platform. These questions remain unanswered and unacknowledged to this day.

The first time using alignerr, participating into the interview with AI is just kind of nervous. But it following the objective of the interview.

Got an offer on a project and finished all the requirements on time with 100% acceptance and then got removed from the project in a few hours. Also the hourly rate was lower than advertised in the offer.

The questions asked were logical and chronical leading to systematic context progress. The responses given to my answers were also almost like human. I feel happy.

Account removed after verification with no meaningful explanation

My experience with Alignerr has been extremely disappointing.

I created my account for use in Australia. I hold an Indian passport and currently reside lawfully in Australia on a subclass 485 visa. My account was initially connected to an Indian Stripe setup, so I contacted Alignerr Support to explain that I needed to use my Australian Stripe setup instead.

I explained the situation to Support and was subsequently asked to complete a re-verification process. I followed the requested verification procedure.

After completing the verification, my account was suddenly marked “Account Removed.”

I contacted Support and explained the situation in detail. However, instead of receiving a specific explanation of what requirement I had supposedly violated, I was given a generic response stating that account reviews are handled by Trust & Safety.

I was then told that if my account were eligible for an appeal, a “Submit Appeal” option would appear in my dashboard. No such option exists in my dashboard. I was therefore told that the decision was final and that Support could do nothing further.

The most frustrating part is that I still have no clear explanation of what I actually did wrong.

I am fully willing to provide legitimate identity and residency documentation and comply with reasonable verification requirements. My issue is not with verification itself; it is with the lack of transparency and the absence of a meaningful way to challenge an adverse decision after I followed the verification process requested by the platform.

I have retained the relevant correspondence and screenshots documenting the process.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on Alignerr as a professional platform if you expect transparent account-review procedures or meaningful support when something goes wrong.

Very disappointing experience, particularly considering the amount of time I invested in the platform and its assessment/verification process.

I appreciated how clear the AI interview was, Zara Assistant made me feel comfortable and there were no major quality issues during the interview. The questions were consistent with my experiences and the feedbacks to my answers were clear and engaging. I couldn't use the 15 minutes to finish my interview, I guess I was talking a bit too much, but the Assistant gave me a heads up regarding the time before it ended the interview.
