I have not found a better Survey site yet.
I have tried several survey sites and even done Amazon Mturk work. Earn Haus has been the best so far. Getting screened out of surveys is annoying but it happens on every survey site. I do wish survey sites would be more up front about this but they are trying to attract as many users as possible. I have used the site for 40 days so far and I have cashed out just under $207. For doing surveys I think that is pretty good. The key is to get at least $10 before you cash out. If you are over $10 you can do payment direct to checking account without any fees. If you are over $10 you can do instant to a debit card and you do not have to wait the 3-5 business days. This to me is the best option. Every site has a minimum cash out amount and $5 is not that hard. If you look at FREECASH they make you get up to $25 before you can cash out the first time and every cash out option has a fee to it. If you do surveys on Mturk you are only guaranteed $0.15 most of the time with a random "bonus" that you might get after the survey and if you get screened out you get nothing. A few times I have been screened out and EarnHaus still gave $0.11 that is better then nothing. Like any survey site it does have its problems. I have completed surveys and not gotten credit. I have had surveys just break and just send you to a blank page. Broken surveys are not something Earn Haus can control. They do not host the surveys. Every Survey that I completed and did not get paid for a simple message to customer service explaining what the survey was about and what happened they have credited my account for. I recommend taking screenshots at the end of every survey it just helps prove what you are telling them. There customer service support has always been pretty quick. I have never had them take more than 3 hours to respond. Overall if you are going to do surveys online for some extra money Earn Haus is legit and the best I have found so far.

This app is horrible. So many survey screen outs after I completed the entire survey. That's just a huge waste of time. No I don't want to email or chat to customer service again. I already did that and all I got was excuses.

I am constantly being rejected for surveys. Even when I almost finish I do not get the credit. Your complaint procedure is ridiculous and takes too long and is never a good outcome. Your surveys do not like old people like me. I am always rejected when I give my age and you tell me it is not your fault. I never lie and a good customer. Takes too long for acceptance.

The first few surveys that I did turned…
The first few surveys that I did turned out really well and I was able to redeem my five dollars however, I spent about two hours taking other surveys that ended up having lots of questions and then ending the survey saying that it wasn’t a right fit. I’ve started so many of them in the last two hours and gotten kicked out of all of them even when I’m taking my time and it’s very frustrating.
