Fantastic shopping experience!
From start to finish I found Toss Bryan Ltd extremely helpful and overall a lovely feel -good experience. I contacted them to order an in-ground trampoline (with zero experience) and the time and product knowledge that Patryk had was fantastic. He saw my order through from start to finish, making the necessary adjustments and really looked after me irt pricing!! And my delivery came 2 weeks early! Kids are looking forward to having it installed next week!!

Poor experience
Poor experience. Several issues. Having spent time speaking to Patrick, he directed me to the website to purchase - the website was desperate and when I called back to complete transaction via phone, Patrick wasnt there and he did not return my call until nearly COB. I was promised I would get notified re delivery time - 30 mins before drop off. Something, I had asked twice about. Driver came while I was in an important meeting. Rang doorbell, my phone etc. He was a nice man - not his fault. Second, he had no idea he was meant to take the old appliance away and didnt have the tools. He had to use one of my kitchen knifes to cut the hose, leaving the old dishwasher hose still attached and a crap situation to put us in as we had to fit to new dishwasher. No phone call to apologise or acknowledge mess up. I wanted to give business to a small, independent business but this was a poor experience all around. The woman answering the phone in the shop was good 👍

Great service
Item was delivered the day after I ordered it. The delivery man was fast and efficient and took away the old item. I had occasion to contact the shop before purchase and the response was swift and helpful.
