I have always been pleased with your products and have used a belt on and off for years.
This time the pads are already getting sticky around the edge and i have only been using them a week

Had one previously that worked well, having the same experience now a few years on

The company can improve by giving me what I paid for, I purchased 3 items from this company, 1 was a pack of gel pads containing 4 packs of three pads there was only 1individual pack in the parcel, so I’m short 9pads.
After I gave 2star review they won’t reply to my emails. They insist I got a 12 pack.so the insinuation is that I’m dishonest. But I’m not letting this drop.

The company is doing prompt and quick service and delivery. Hopefully the women's arms toners do not go out of stock as I was getting back to using the gel pads etc every day. Keep doing what you are doing at the moment and improve peoples life style.

I ordered the new generation Slendertone belt but it still hasn’t arrived. After emails and electronic BOT messages (which are rubbish) I still haven’t had a reply from their customer service. Their mail delivery contractor is terrible with no updates given. Very disappointed.

I’m 8 weeks in to my slendertone journey after buying a bundle! I’ve concentrated on my arms and am amazed at the results! I use it every day ( as well as the tummy one) and am yet to do the bum toner as have been concentrating on arms! Love it!

I have always love these belts. Vert easy to use and I can notice a difference in my abs definition after a few weeks.

Bought the product came with no controller, slendertone dont sell the controller and you cant get it from anywhere so the product is useless, its just a pair of ugly shorts! Waste of time! Also I've asked for a refund following slendertones process and I've heard nothing so I cant even return them, shambles of a company

I have used slendertone belts in the past and they do work, but you do have to put some effort into it diet exercise etc. I have now purchased the ABS8 belt and I am not disappointed, really good quality item easy to use, also you get follow up e mails with tips on use and healthy meals I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

After reading all of the glowing reviews I decided to take the 6 week challenge with my NEW Abs 5 belt. I used programme 8 (40 minutes) twice per day religiously for 8 weeks (just to be on the safe side).

My waist measurement before starting was 43 inches and my waist measurement after 8 weeks was 43 inches. Apart from the belt feeling like it was doing some good (abs contractions were very strong), there is absolutely no difference in waist measurement.
VERY DISHEARTENING!!!

Whilst the product itself is decent. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO BE WARNED IF YOU EMAIL THE ADDRESS, TRY THE PHONE NUMBERS OR IN FACT SEND EMAILS.....OR TRY THE CHAT, IT IS ALL NON EXISTANT. I need to send my product back, cost me £100 and now they are just ignoring me. BE WARNED!!

The quality of the belt is excellent. I have used a different one previously, and they do not come close to this.

It was easy to order what I needed and delivery was quick

I like this product for it's ease of use. Once the pads are attached, it's just a matter of use and civet with the plastic pieces until next time. The rechargeable power unit has 10 programs, from 15 mins to 30, and the magnetic fixings make it easy to take off and recharge. The velt gas a low profile compared to similar products and is easy to put on and use under clothes.
