Made buying a car easy
I'm usually a reluctant customer when it comes to car showrooms, but I have to say the experience here was genuinely professional and pleasant from start to finish.
No pressure, no hard sell, just honest advice and everything explained clearly. Made what is normally a stressful process feel easy. Would happily recommend and would definitely come back again.

All of the staff were very helpful and guided me though everything ,Stephen helped me with the finance documents , Joe and Sofie were helpful with the GAP insurance. Especially helpful was Neil the salesman who's professional and friendly manner made the whole experience very positive.

BYD Grantham
We visited our local BYD dealership in Grantham and have been more than happy with the service we have received. Hayley greeted us and was super helpful organising a test drive. We also dealt with James and Emma who were on the end of emails with any queries we had. No pushy sales tactics. Just taken delivery of our new car and are very happy.

Go the extra mile ..
Peter really went the extra mile to help us when we got our car. The whole experience was exceptional and we were kept updated at every step of the process but it was the ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude from Peter that made us really value this service and company.

We are returning customers.
We had bought our last KIA from Stoneacre - even though we live 70 miles away and we have a KIA dealer 4 miles from where we live. That says it all really as we returned to them for the purchase of our new KIA EV Air.
They gave us a good deal & any queries were dealt with quickly. Staff and customer service excellent.
