All of the staff were very helpful and guided me though everything ,Steven helped me with the finance documents , Joe and Sofie were helpful with the GAP insurance. Especially helpful was Neil the salesman who's professional and friendly manner made the whole experience very positive.

Whilst making enquiries re changing my vehicle I did not feel pressurised to buy a new vehicle. There was no pushy sales scheme I felt all the decisions were mine and was under no pressure to make a decision.

The salesman was kind, polite & made us feel relaxed, he answered our questions & if he didn’t know the answer he asked another salesperson & didn’t guess
