My experience at Furrows of Shrewsbury Kia was memorable because I have purchased cars through Furrows for decades, and in the last 16 years, all have been KIA. On every occasion, I have dealt with professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. From new young Sales staff to highly experienced and mature staff. The level of contact provided is at an appropriate level, and no feeling of pressure to sell. The difficulty now for a customer is what choice to make for purchasing, financing, and maintaining new vehicles. This isn't just KIA, for me, the way the Sales manager and executive Matt and Louise have supported me on this purchase has been excellent. A brand is only as good as the people selling it - KIA are very lucky in this dealership. Thank you. Andy

Quick easy and no pushy salesman. Popped in to look at cars. Already selected some to look at online. Found the.. salesman gave me test drive. He didnt try to stop me from going away for coffee whilst I made mind uo. I phoned him that afternoon. And bought car. Really easy.

I have purchased several cars from Phil Wade at Furrows Oswestry , he is always helpful and does not push the sale but answers any questions honestly, he advises on warranty and service plans, would have no problem going to him with any after sales questions.

Viewed car, test drove it, decided to purchase it. Everything was explained clearly and honestly by TomS, who made buying the vehicle very easy. Any (tiny) faults with the car were sorted. The car was immaculate (as expected) when we picked it up. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying your next car from these guys!

Choice of vehicles and preparation before handing the car over, it was MOT 'd and had all new discs and pads fitted and looked brand new. The staff were very helpful without being pushy and they took my requirements seriously, even though I am rather "old school"!

Extremely disappointed with my 2022 used approved Sportage bought from Furrows Shrewsbury. Whilst the car is lovely to look at, beautiful inside and nice to drive, the cars reliability has been truly awful. In less than a year we have had the following go wrong: 1)New USB port as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wouldn’t connect. 2) New internal sat nav unit. 3) Ongoing scheduled charging issues. 4) Rear door trim clips the front door on hot days. 5) 12v battery goes flat if the car isn’t used for a week. 6) charging cable was stuck in the car when the locking solenoid failed - I couldn’t charge my other car as a result. 7) Infotainment system is now switching itself on and off repeatedly, screen is freezing and other issues.

It is such a shame. We were so excited to buy this car but it has been a truly awful experience and I can honestly say this is the most unreliable car I have ever owned in the 40 years I’ve been driving. I have had more issues in less than 1 year than 15+ years with four different BMWs.

They employ good staff which in my opinion is very important these days.
The Kia showroom is very impressive and displays their range very well.

Having been using Kia for over 11 years, I used my local dealer having just moved to the area last year, so looking forward to a long continued happy service and good offer from my dealership when in 3 years time I come to renew my contract with them.

Booked my car in for MOT at Furrows Oswestry and booked an optional oil check and top up. Got the bill, Quoted £19.00 charged £26.95. Bill stated £14.95 for 1 ltr of, a quater of the cars total volume, aparently standard charge, WOW. Intislly charged 20 minutes to complete the task but reduced to 10 minutes on questioning cost £12.00. This the second query the first only solved with a new car when I initiated a court case.
Time to move on to another Ford Garage.
Very sad because the Salesmen I dealt with when buying a new car were very good.
