On every occasion, I have dealt with professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. From new young Sales staff to highly experienced and mature staff. The level of contact provided is at an appropriate level, and no feeling of pressure to sell. The difficulty now for a customer is what choice to make for purchasing, financing, and maintaining new vehicles. This isn't just KIA, for me, the way the Sales manager and executive Matt and Louise have supported me on this purchase has been excellent.
