Haven't even received the item yet but unimpressed that I did not know until AFTER I had ordered and paid that it was shipping from China and won't have arrived in time for the birthday I ordered it for. This should be made clear on the website.

The pictures are absolutely beautiful and very nice quality. When I first received them, I thought part of my order was missing and contacted customer service. They were very friendly and kind and said they were working to confirm whether another package was on the way. In the meantime, I sat down to paint and realized I had actually received everything I ordered and I’d been mistaken when I thought things were missing. They were so friendly even after I realized I was the one that messed up!

I received my package torn apart and mangled. Luckily the canvases were mostly savageable. I got them mystery painting which wasn't really my vibe as well. I have to go through the rest of the package to make sure I got all the paints since everything was open inside of the sleeve. This is my first time ordering and I'm not super impressed. I'm a huge crafter so I wanted to have something that was more affordable.

Never was delivered.

In touch. If you email them, they reply very promptly. I have ordered three kits and my last one, a large one framed, was beautifully boxed and packaged, received in excellent condition. Very good quality paints, and canvas. I bought a white marker pen from them which covers the numbers perfectly for lighter colour paints. A very satisfying hobby.

I am really loving these painting kits!
After completing the first one (6 minis), I simply had to order another as it’s such an enjoyable experience and relaxing too!
The staff have also been fantastic and very quick to respond to a few questions I had.
I’m already planning my next purchase as I can’t get enough!

While the picture is beautiful, the paint selection seems to be wrong. The guide says I should have 2 pots of one colour, but instead I received 2 pots of another one.

Additionally, the paint pots packaging is terrible. It’s difficult to open and easy to drop. The paint brushes are trash too.

The delivery process is also not great. I ordered my kit on July 3 and received it on July 15. While that’s not an extremely long time, considering what I read in other reviews, the fact that it couldn’t be delivered to my building and I had to go to the post office is ridiculous. By the way, the post office told me that the sender decides whether the parcel is delivered directly to the recipient or to the post office.

Everything was all right- the packaging, the paints, the quality. It took a bit longer than I expected but I was in no hurry. Overall everything was fine.

Shambles of a company. Clearly ship directly from china. 20 days + for delivery. Avoid

I ordered a £10.95 Surprise Painting. I thought this would be an inexpensive and fun way to try out the company. Delivery was slow, which is why I knocked off a star, but what arrived couldn't have been more perfect! I received a well-packaged, beautiful quality canvas, an illustration of the finished piece, paintbrushes and plenty of paints. And the picture? A Delft leopard! I thought I would probably receive something less popular, but the adverts featuring the Delft range is what drew me to DIY Artclub in the first place! I am very happy with my purchase, and don't doubt I'll be a returning customer.

I bought a set of six mini paintings to do when I was off sick post surgery.
So easy to do, relaxing and therapeutic .
They can be done from the comfort from your armchair / sofa.
I’m hooked and bought a larger picture and a surprise picture (which is gorgeous)
Can’t wait to start these xxx

I gifted part of my order to a friend so I'm only reviewing the painting I did which was a cat reading a paper.

Every light colour, should have 2 pots as it takes 3-4 coats to cover the numbers, which is time intensive when you let each layer dry.

Loss of details at the edge because of framing, which is annoying but easily covered.
Alot of small details get painted over as they're so tiny so the printed map that comes with it is helpful and I took creative liberties.

I haven't finished yet but enjoying painting process overall.

Took longer than expected to arrive.

Image is lovely but the quality of the paint and brushes are terrible. I've given up on the brushes and am using my own. The paint has such poor pigmentation that I have go over it two or three times to get an acceptable finish

It took a long time for the items to arrive, much longer than expected. Even though after several emails back and forth, nothing changed. They should their courier company. It would have been better if I ordered from Amazon.

Poorly packaged, paint spilled, shipping is too slow. Do not buy from here. Customer service was not willing to refund. I was unable to give what I purchased as a birthday present. Wish I could attach a photo to show the explosion of dark blue paint on all of the paints. Shipping takes almost 2 weeks- NOT worth it

Delivery took longer than expected, but to be fair DIY were aware of this and did chase up the order.
Royal Mail delivered but was not informed of date so missed first attempt. So think fault is with Royal Mail
Very pleased with my order, now I have it and can't wait to get started

This company is 100% legit! Believe me I’ve had my share of bad experiences. But I can honestly say the communication was excellent, information was spot on and my delivery made my day. I smiled when I saw the pink packaging and the product itself (a diy paint by numbers delft lobster) was perfect. Very good quality materials, - canvas, paints and brushes. Delivery was very prompt (only about two weeks, which is quick for us here in NZ). I will be ordering again with confidence! Karen, Auckland, New Zealand
