Took about 13 days to arrive but wow am I impressed! Just ordered my second custom painting.

The drills are sharp on the back and put little holes in the canvas and make it a little difficult to. Move any drills in there spot because of the sharp corners, I just hope your canvas holds up. BUT the. Colors are bright, I LOVE the colors, it makes me feel happy with all the bright colors, and I’m still having a GREAT time on this one, and i love how fast it got here!! Only a few days after I placed the order. I’m hoping to purchase ALOT more of your canvase’s, I hope you don’t mind what I said about the drills, I’ve worked on some other company that were ALOT worse then your’s, but if you want to improve your drills I would LOVE to work on my next one, YES I’ll be ordering MANY more. Please continue with the GORGEOUS Desighns, they are some of the BEST out there!!! And I LOVE the color’s!!!!!!!

My paintings came pretty quickly considering one of my paintings was special order. The paint is lovely and doesn’t dry out like other places. I’ve done 2 out of the 3 in this order and they’ve turned out well. I love that you can send in your own pictures and the will turn them into paint by numbers.

Great again. Have used 5-6 other paint by numbers. Paintly crushed them all.

Directions really easy to follow, the print was very clear and there is also a lot of paintings to choose from.

The quality of the paint kit was one of the best I have found out there.

Brilliant selection of paintings to choose from. Skill levels from low to high. Good quality paints. I purchase ones already framed and the quality is excellent. Packaged well for delivery. Look out for the promo codes. Highly recommended.

The goods took a while to arrive but they were worth the wait, best quality PBN I have had in the last three years. Customer service was excellent, it arrived with a missing paint pot, which they sent to me within a few days of telling them

Paintly is the 2nd company I’ve ordered a PBN kit from and the quality is just lacking the other being Canvas by Numbers. I think these two companies use the same printer or maybe even same company re branded?

The quality of the canvas (very faint print) and the reference sheet which is very important is un legible.
These kits are expensive and shipping time is long so when you get an inferior product your first time ordering you feel ripped off and don’t want to bother.
Adam from customer service was responsive and did offer a new kit or to email me the reference sheet but when you see the quality I don’t think a replacement would be much better.
I’m angry at myself for even ordering this kit but I just won’t ever order again from Paintly or Canvas by Numbers!

Was very happy with this painting! I was not extremely difficult compared to others I have done. It turned out amazing!

I love the variety of paintings paintings that they offer and if you need to contact them, they get back to you quickly to correct your concern.

"Lake Side Cabin Retreat" was my first 80 color paint by number. I love the detail and the color! This one was a lot of fun to paint and my wife and I enjoyed watching it come to life so to speak! I think it looks amazing in person. I have gotten so many compliments on this painting! This was 80 color 20 x 24 I stretched it over the frame myself. I have had a great experience with Paintly and I have 3 more in waiting!

Paintly"s kits are well put together. They roll their canvases are rolled so there aren't giant t creases to iron our. Their paints are higher quality so they cover better. I love the selection of work and will do more... money permitting.

I love Paintly. They have so many designs at a very reasonable cost. Arrived quickly too!

I ordered 3 kits of 80 colours, from the get go I was super impressed, the lines are clear as day, all the paints are vibrant and smooth to put on, I had an issue of missing paint but they were delivered very quickly!The canvas is top quality! I’m super impressed and so thankful I found this company because once one is finished I will be ordering plenty more to have a collection of them!!

Ordered June 23rd, still have not received anything. One item has been in the same location for over 5 days. No help from customer non-service. This location is about an hour from me.
2 other items just shipped a couple days ago. This in not acceptable and I probably will not order from Paintly again.
Also, the two items that just shipped are paint by number. I thought the order was for diamond art as I have zero interest in paint by number. Again, no help from Paintly on that issue.
Would you order anything from a company after this type of experience?
