It’s straight up dropshipping. After a really long wait (and tons of emails about the delay) I received a package from a shady Chinese company. The quality of the paint and brushes is not great. It’s an enjoyable activity, but I’d suggest buying products like these in an actual store. I spent way too much money on something that isn’t worth it.

I ordered mine with frames. Nope just the stretched canvas over wood. No frames. When I complained to them I was told that’s a frame. No it is not a frame. I am an art teacher. I know a frame when I see it. And yes, the brushes are crap. I’ll use my own. I hope the paint isn’t dried out.

I received my order but one of the flasks with the paint was open and there was paint all over the bag, won't be able to finish the painting since there's one colour less now.

I thought it would be small canvas boards instead it’s a roll up of each small pic. I haven’t started to paint but taking note that the numbers don’t cover well with lighter colors. I won’t buy again. Expect delivery to take a bit and the only clue that I had that it was delivered to my mailbox was this email asking about my experience. I’m glad I was home to grab it.

Have not received the frames for the 6 mini kit that I ordered and paid for. Had an initial conversation where the person told me I was mistaken (I was not) and have had nothing since. I cant start the paintings as I want the canvas on the frame to start so can’t comment on the quality of the painting.

Really really terrible customer service. I don’t normally give bad reviews to businesses but I cancelled a wrong order not even 2 minutes after placing it and they didn’t get back to me until they sent out the order, telling me they couldn’t authorise the cancellation. When I then went to return the unwanted order after it arrived, it was immediately automatically refused. I would spend your money elsewhere.

Never received my order and customer service isn’t doing anything about it. It got delivered to Richmond BC .. the other side of the country. It was also very delayed in being delivered to the wrong address. This feels like a scam.

Still not received item . Keep getting emails saying item is on way !! Not sure it will ever arrive . Purchase with caution :(

Very slow delivery, I ordered the canvas with a frame but no frame arrived, contacted them and the email bounced back, please contact me regarding my missing frame or issue a refund of the difference. Also agree with other reviews that the pigment isn’t great.

I purchased one of the larger paint by number canvas and am impressed by the quality of the canvas and paints. It came with one set of paints and 3 paint brushes. I recently started the painting and am thoroughly enjoying the experience.

However, as there is much more detail in the larger pictures, I would have liked to have more paint brushes. They've only provided one medium brush and two smaller brushes and the quality of them isn't that great. I am struggling to paint the smaller sections because the bristles keep separating making it hard to pain tidily.

Waited a long time for kit to be delivered. I am pretty sure I clicked for a canvass with a frame as same price as without a frame. When I checked it says on order I ordered unframed - so double check if you are going to order.
There doesn’t seem to be a lot of paint for the amount of canvass to cover!
Kit arrived attractively packaged and looking forward to getting started.

Would rate zero if possible. Delivered to the wrong address halfway across the country.

Great little company, & even though item was delayed, I was always kept informed of when to expect my order & even there was an apology for item been delayed. I haven't had the chance to experience doing painting by numbers yet, but when I do I know I will throughly enjoy the peace & tranquillity very much needed.. 🙌🏽🥰

It took ages to arrive.I was very disappointed!the company should have advised on this.

I’ve had no problems in negotiations with DIY Art Club. My purchases arrived well packaged, damage free. It seemed to take a while for the delivery to arrive, it was coming from China and I thought I was dealing with an Australian company. Other than that misunderstanding, the whole process, between purchase and delivery, went well.

They are a cheap show. Ages to deliver because of course they are in china. They say the delay is because of demand which is ridiculous. Avoid. It has been weeks now and still nothing.

This review is an update to a previous one in which I described a problem I encountered during shipping.

Now that the product has arrived, I must say canvases seems to be of great quality, as are the paints and brushes. One detail worth noting about other canvases I have seen is that these are not completely white; instead, they have a base color, making it easier to achieve a better finish with a single coat of paint.

FinalIy, I don't understand the bad reviews about the shipping time; mine arrived exactly in two weeks, which was the estimated delivery time. Furthermore, I have been kept informed of the shipment status at all times; the customer service is exceptional.

That said, I must mention that, during shipping, the tube containing the canvases was dented, damaging the two canvases I purchased. However, the customer service received has been exceptional, and they are already working to propose the best possible solution.

I was skeptical when I had to wait a little over 2 weeks for my package to arrive, but once they did I was so pleasantly surprised. Honestly, these kits are by far the best ones I have used so far, from the thoughtful packaging to the canvas already being on the frame, to the cute paint brushes with glitter inside. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend!!!
