Paintly is the 2nd company I’ve ordered a PBN kit from and the quality is just lacking the other being Canvas by Numbers. I think these two companies use the same printer or maybe even same company re branded?

The quality of the canvas (very faint print) and the reference sheet which is very important is un legible.
These kits are expensive and shipping time is long so when you get an inferior product your first time ordering you feel ripped off and don’t want to bother.
Adam from customer service was responsive and did offer a new kit or to email me the reference sheet but when you see the quality I don’t think a replacement would be much better.
I’m angry at myself for even ordering this kit but I just won’t ever order again from Paintly or Canvas by Numbers!
