Burger king support on their actually website is appalling , they take forever to answer and when they do you got to wait again for them to answer which is unreal the time you have to wait it's really unprofessional and perfectic as these customer Support representatives are really no good and bk should really look into this.

No cash on Euston Road one, one star no actually minus one. Cash ist still a lefal tender in the UK, trying to tell me they are doing it my way? NO they don't!

The staff are treated appallingly
They hardly get any breaks are held back after there shifts to finish up. One manager who is known for breaking the law regarding breaks asked my daughter if she has ADHD the other day and called her stupid another time, you have another shift lead that had multiple accusations regarding young girls and served gone off bread to customers this store needs to be looked at. Please do not let your children work in this store

Unforseen circumstances led myself and my sidekick niece to step into a Burger King on a mild and settled Tuesday night in Arnos Vale, Bristol. Things looked normal as we entered, and completed an order via the app and waited for service. Behind the counter, a mature Asian gentleman was running the station, and a lone female behind was juggling orders with a level of dexterity that oozed confidence. Little did I know that that this was a mere mirage, to obscure the horrors that were to follow. The first glitch in the matrix, was our number not appearing on the screen, then from stage left, a new character came into focus. Tall, slim, heavily tattooed with a just out of prison persona. He grabbed a couple of ice cream cups, and headed to the machine. Our 2 royales and fries were being placed on a tray on the counter, so maybe everything was going to be alright.

My number was called, we filled our drinks to the brim and sat down to eat. The first thing I noticed was the buns were icy cold on the royales, that kind of cold that numbs the taste buds. My usually mild mannered niece then looked up from her hoody, and pointed at the two Mini Twix Fusions, and proclaimed "What the hell are those". She was was right, no sauce, no sprinkles, just melting ice cream in a cup. I headed back to the counter. The chap in charge, apologised and said he'd redo them. This was overhead by the young blood who obviously took this as a sign of disrespect, and started to slam chairs in our vicinity. We hurried through the meal, and didn't even finish our flat and rather unpleasant coke zero's. It was a relief to step back onto the street, and turn to my niece and say "Never Again".

It’s been a long time since I’ve visited Burger King. Today I thought I’d drop in to Seaton Burn services for a Whopper, for my lunch. I had to use the screen to order but it was fairly straightforward and the food was ready quicker than I thought.
I thoroughly enjoyed it. Top marks from me.

Food normally good ,but been going to Burgerking Llandegai services for years, and can say the place has gone down hill in a few areas, first the rubbish littered around car park is a disgrace, Bins full to overflowing. Hit and miss that driv thru is open or not, inside smells dirty and unclean, Toilets ! well I would not. Food sometimes not very hot, I will say staff are usually good and wait is not to long, Please Bring BurgerKing back to what it was, and clean up the surrounding services area, going to put tourists off....

I went to Romford Eastern Avenue drive-thru was served by Manish, his customer service is always amazing & he brightens up your day, I know it sounds silly but it feels like the food tastes better because of his positive vibes. Have been served by others, it is colder & awkward. Thanks Manish for making me want to get Burger King more often & get great customer service.

Went to Burger King at Unit 8 in Fulwood, Preston. The place was nearly deserted around lunchtime, that really ought to have told me to turn around and go elsewhere. We ordered our food via the touchscreen and paid £24.88 for two burgers, chips with so-called cheese, a milkshake and a coffee. After 15 minutes it turned up, my Caesar burger was cold and pink inside. I took it back saying the burger was cold. I was told it was freshly cooked. I replied that if that was the case it would be hot. The burger was replaced and this time it was hot, suspiciously hot. So hot that the exclusively rocket salad was dark green and wilted. I'm no chef but the only time I've seen "fresh" rocket do that is in a microwave. Feel free to correct me if you want. I will never darken Burger Kings outlets anywhere again, this is the third consecutive occasion we have visited their establishments in the past two years and each and every time we have had to send food back or get a refund. Staff were almost disinterested and couldn't really give a tinkers cuss about. . well, anything really. And nearly £25 for lack lustre food, service and surroundings (think echo chamber, yeah, like that) really is taking the mick.

This is a review for the Barton Mills restaurant near Thetford.
The place is filthy, the staff are scruffy and dirty, long wait no apology. Just rude staff !
Never again total waste of time and money this place is not got for service !

First visit to Burger King in north east Norwich near Postwick, eating in.

Visited brand new Burger king in Carlisle today. Couldn't order online as the app says the store is closed everyday!!! Then tried to sign in and order in store. Told I would receive authorisation code by email - an hour later, I'm still waiting but I suppose it doesn't matter as I've gone back to McDonald's!!!
Guess where I'll be eating in future?

I wanted to leave some positive feedback for Gemma at Burger King Basildon. She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit.

Gemma had a really positive attitude and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s always nice to come across someone who takes pride in providing great service. She’s a real credit to the Burger King team at West gate, Basildon.

2081719910 at around 3pm on 23.08.2026. Firstly had some issues with the self checkout as the kids meal were meant to be free in school holidays, i asked for some help and was told just check the app seemed annoyed i even asked! Went to order again and eventually after a good 10/15 mins of faffing ordered meals but no soft drinks available -not even water! overheard a man ask and the member of staff there is no drinks coming up on the system she replied yeah because if it's not on there we ain't got it! it was the attitude that took me back. I mean to not even offer a water is crazy. After spending quite a bit of money in there i decided to order a meal for Son at home, i told him no soft drinks so he asked for a milkshake instead but seen lots of bottles of coke etc being brought in asked if i could have one of those instead of the milkshake, was met with a sour face and no they are for delivery's....no customer service whatsoever!!!!! miserable and sour faced not a nice place.
