303 burger king has the rudest employees. Will never go to this place again. They act like they are stressed out with a couple people to deal with. Horrible service.

Honestly, very disappointing experience. The burgers were not good at all, and the fries were even worse. Everything tasted below the expected Burger King standard. Definitely not worth it, and unfortunately I wouldn’t order again.

Spacious and clean place. As always tasty burgers. Easy access right by E16 outside Kløfta. Highly recommend.

Disappointing Customer Service
I pulled up to order my food I was waiting at the speaker for like 5 mins before I said hello so someone finally came on the speaker to take my order so I told them I had a coupon so I gave them the coupon number which was 3093 and I also told them at the speaker I wanted my food fresh they said ok so I get to the window they act like they didn't see me and when someone did finally came to the window I told her again i wanted my food freshly as I was telling the girl at the window I wanted my food freshly she was closing the window as I was talking and she also told me that they drop my food to be cooked fresh but I knew they didn't because for one they didn't pull me up while my food cooked and it also came up so fast so something told me to check my food and when I check it I was so disappointed because my chicken was dark like the grease haven't been changed so I went inside to let them know that my food wasn't fresh I was waiting for like 10 mins before someone help me or even seen me they was all just standing around talking that's poor customer service so the manager that was on duty at the time told me the grease wasn't clean so I got a refund that's was round 4:30pm on August 4,2026 at Burger King on 3431 Wrightsboro Rd Augusta Ga NEVER goin BACK to that Burger King

Worst I’ve ever had stale over cook chips chicken nuggets and 3 whoppers with cheese think they were from lunch time. Like rubber why are you selling this bad quality food rang up spoke to manager ast waiting for a call back for fresh food delivered or refund It better happen so disapointed with burger king today never like this in stores

Disappointing Customer Service

Visited Burger King at Feltham Leisure Park with my family last weekend. Unfortunately, the self-service kiosk wasn't working, and the screen clearly instructed customers to order at the counter instead.

When I approached the till, the staff member (Salla) was quite unpleasant. She repeatedly pointed at the sign saying "Please order at the kiosk" despite the kiosk being out of service. As I was trying to find offer codes on the app for the first time, she seemed impatient, telling me to hurry up and giving me uncomfortable looks throughout the interaction.

I understand that restaurants can be busy, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. The experience left a very negative impression, and sadly, my family and I will not be returning.

Very quick service, warm and fresh feeling food, perfect for a long road trip

This is day 12 of burger king not contacting me after they pass the buck from head offices back to restaurant who then says leave a review at help support site, which is just head office.
I went to drive thru they forgot a burger in my order did not give me a receipt and would not answer 6 phone calls within 30 minutes of finding out I had no burger.
Amazing how they then block me from posting on Google because they can't be bothered to reach out and resolve their poor customer service, when they have all my contact information.
