Staff are awful and rude, stood at the counter patiently and ended up having to speak up to ask for some help, frustrating and not good enough, hirearchy need to have a good sweep through this branch else will end up like willington

food wasn’t good, waited 40 minutes for a simple order. more training or more staff are needed, one staff member doing everything doesn’t work. also the service the staff gave was second to none. turning people away because they were of an older generation and didn’t know how to use the equipment instead of giving them tips they were swiftly told “i can’t help you then”. overall really not impressed!

I am absolutely gutted and honestly furious that KFC has completely stopped doing Krushems. They were hands-down the best thing on the entire menu and the only reason I regularly chose KFC over other fast-food spots.The new "KWENCH" and shake replacements don't even come close to the texture and flavour of a classic Oreo or Milkybar Krushem. Getting rid of an iconic fan-favourite is a massive letdown for loyal customers.Until you bring back the real Krushems, I won't be wasting my money here. Please listen to your customers and bring them back!

Ants in the floor at the merry hill one missed half my order annoying noise in the bathroom no salt and sauce

Wessex Gate Poole seem unable to ever load up all the items we order and pay for. KFC uk “care squad” are then unable to handle complaints or refund requests. Just a poor customer experience all round. No wonder Wingstop is doing so well. No more KFC for us.

My food was very quick and it was very good service. Staff were nice too. Very pleasant experience!

Birstall KFC - machines didn’t print receipts even when requested. Order came wrong - no burger for my son. When it did arrive it was smothered in mayo (the order requested NO mayo). They no longer supply salt (I know, I know… salt is BAD), but in my opinion it’s a choice that shouldn’t be taken away from those that like it. Unlike the mayo they insist on smothering everything with - which isn’t exactly a healthy choice either. KFC rave about their famous coating- which in my opinion was very underwhelming. Avoid at all costs and try Popeyes instead. They have great service and much tastier food.

The sauce was half full and the food is minging now do I get a cookie

Seasoning appears to be non-existent. Spending so much money on bland chicken and non-hot wings is pointless. KFC have been slacking for far too long.

0 worst meal ever dirty fries joke just floppy chips smothered I'm mayo and bbq sauce chicken burger flooded with bbq sauce with 3 tiny bits of lettuce which fell out every thing soggy due to bbq overload after eating could only taste bbq sauce for hour after and had cheek to charge 18 pound rip off . Half of it ended up in bin
