Bought a ham and cheese baguette today at the Greggs next to the Esso petrol station in Selby. Absolutely shocking, the bread was dry with very little spread/butter to make it palatable. £4.35 for 2 slices of ham and 3 of tasteless cheese. Would have taken it back had I still been in the area when I tried it.

The breakfast rolls was terrible deptford high street greegs in london. Rolls are crusty as tho they have been left out on a side for a long while causing roll to harden. Staff are brilliant

Great food and drink, really good customer service!

⁹On visits over the last few months the Greggs at Westwood cross have left us very disappointed. Reason for this being is the waiting time to be served,we collected hot food from the heated cabinets and by the time we reached the till which had only one person serving the food was cold and when we asked to reheat it we were refused,this is because staff were concentrating more on the likes of Just eat drivers waiting for thier orders. Maybe if I had parked up in the car park and ordered on line my order would have been hotter. Mr S Cripps.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Fatima in the Tesco Ealing Broadway branch. She's always so welcoming, friendly and remembers our order. Such a pleasure to be in her company. What a shining star in retail. Thank you Fatima. X

Don’t bother ordering from Uber Eats you never get your full order. Driver unhelpful, it’s overpriced for delivery especially when half your order is missing. Won’t be using again, Subway is far superior.

I when to get a greggs yesterday and I got a pizza and I after I ate my stomach started hurting and then 1 hour later I started throwing up and now Whwn I stand my stomach hurts and I feel sick DONT GET A PIZZA I GOT FOOD POSING

Was I Greggs at Carberry place Kirkcaldy and met the rudest laziest member of staff ever . 9:55 am no sausage, couldn’t go look as he was on the till , was the only person in the shop . Sausage rolls cold no interested getting hot ones . Asked for a small touch of sauce and it was dripping out of the baguette in to the bags and over me . Large latte and mocha were both 1/2 cups and Luke warm . The guys attitude was terrible. Won’t be back .also inside and out shop dirty .

Went in to Hinckley Greggs Saturday morning and I got 4
Sausage Rolls! they told that they were not hot! When i got them home and went to put one in the micro waveI found that the pastry was rock hard, I broke it open and found that it was all dry and burnt, uneatable, all 4 were the same. I think that they were from the day before. They all went in the bin. Disgusting?

I was absolutely disgusted by the behaviour from a member of staff towards another younger member of staff today at the Gregg's at fickle mermaid, chapel en le Frith. The lady, and I say that very loosely, was shouting and swearing at a young member of staff who had just arrived, this seemed to escalate when the lads mum who had just dropped him off came in after overhearing what was happening and make sure her son was ok. Instead of apologising the woman who I am guessing is in a managerial position then proceeded to speak to the lads mum in what I can only describe as an aggressive rude and condescending manner. The poor young lad looked absolutely distraught by what was happening, I really hope he was ok. All I can say is I won't step foot back in that Gregg's outlet ever again. And if that is the kind of people Gregg's employ in senior positions then they really need to relook at their recruitment and training procedures. It was upsetting to witness so I can only imagine how they young lad and his mum felt being spoken to in such a manner in front of so many people. Unfortunately the lowest rating on trust pilot is 1 star so I have had to give that because after what I witnessed today I don't think they even deserve a 1 star rating.

Sat outside on a bench surrounded by old cups tissues, cigarette ends etc etc
The unit is not busy so why no cleaning? Also no litter bin. Very poor.

Ordered a sausage and bacon baguette and a caramel latte this should have been £4.40 but got charged £5.40 and told the extra £1 was for the small amount of caramel in my latte most places would charge 50p but not greedy greggs. Daylight robbery

I want to say a big thank you to all the staff at Carlisle eastern way outlet as every morning I go in for my breakfast and always greeted with a lovely warm welcome and smile from whoever is on duty and chrissy,Kirsty,Caroline Sharon ,Anna and the rest of the staff are unbelievable.the menu is amazing and always happy with my selection.cant thank the staff enough.regards from David Bradley

Terrible company to work for work in Nuneaton just seen one of my managers pushed out of her job as the shop manager did not like her made accusations up against her avoid this company I will be leaving

Once hes having a bad day, twice hes a problem.

Three times? This guy hates his job. Stinking attitude problem with people. So much so I had to stop myself going back there and pulling the manager up for this guy this morning.

Won't often let people scan the app grabs at things and often throws (without letting go) your order.

We went to Greggs , at the medway services. The girl that served us was abrupt and rude. Apparently also Greggs dont have an alternative for people that have dairy allergies . No thankyou no manners .

Was a frequent customer. Just went to west maitland street branch in Edinburgh. Have small dog and not leaving outside on very busy street. Staff member started shouting, not speaking, shouting and also hard to make out what she was even saying apart from “no dogs’. I left. Will never enter a Greggs shop again.

Just stopped at Thetford A11 heading east bound.
