It’s been a long time since I’ve visited Burger King. Today I thought I’d drop in to Seaton Burn services for a Whopper, for my lunch. I had to use the screen to order but it was fairly straightforward and the food was ready quicker than I thought.

Another windy night, another damaged fence!
I trundled off to see Roger because I know that I’ll get excellent service, great advice and a competitive price.
The new posts and rails were delivered a couple of days later and the fence is as good as new.

EDF informed me my direct debit was increasing. I didn’t agree with the new monthly payment. I tried online to increase it slightly, but it would only allow me to increase it more than I wanted. I rang up and was quickly speaking to a lady who understood my problem. She agreed to increase it slightly, to my figure, and was very helpful. Usually you wait in a long queue, but well done EDF.

Car Parts for less has always been an easy choice for me - choice of quality parts, quick delivery and good price.
This time my delivery was ‘damaged beyond repair’ by Evri, the delivery company. Evri did not message me to tell me and the tracking link was blank. I had to search their website to find out the news.
However, a quick message to Carpartsforless had my parts reordered and sent within two days.
Sometimes it’s not about what goes wrong, but how the problem is rectified.
We’ll done Carparts and especially Maria who sorted the issue.

I’ve ordered doors from Climadoor before, for myself and my family, and have been impressed with the quality.
The doors have a good amount of solid wood on the edges for planing and they are a really good price.
I will definitely be back if I need more.

I’ve been calling at Eurocell in Cramlington for the past couple of years to purchase bits and bobs for an extension I’ve built. Today I picked up one or two items and, as usual, Robson and Steve were in good humour, couldn’t be more helpful and tried to get me the best value for my money.

I ordered my toilet and tap which came very well wrapped on a pallet. The delivery company kept me informed and everything came quickly and in perfect condition.
They separately sent me free tile samples for my boss (wife) to choose, so I have just placed an order for the ones she wanted. Thank you.

Waited on my selected day for my delivery to get a message to say “due to unforeseen circumstances” it wasn’t coming.
Rebooked another day to get a message to say “good news, you can now rebook”.
I rebooked for today only to get a message at 6pm to say “due to unforeseen circumstances” . . . . you get the picture!
What a disgrace. A call to the contact centre was fruitless as Isaac just repeated “wait for the link to rebook”.
Poorest service I’ve had for a long time, but looking at other reviews, I guess you’ll just reply with a generic message saying you’re sorry. 😔

I bought this new fridge.
It’s freestanding.
It does wobble a bit when you open the door, so I’ll try and make it steadier when the kitchen unit is fitted next to it.

I use National Shower Spares whenever I need a shower part - where else can you search for parts, view a schematic diagram and download installation instructions. I am a Mira Service Technician and even use the site to look at Mira schematic diagrams.
The price is always competitive and the delivery time excellent.

I can’t fault your service or prices.
One small thing - when someone like me orders 1 spark plug for a 4 cylinder engine car, could there be a pop-up which asks you to confirm you only want 1?
I’ve done this twice now. I change the amount of spark plugs to 4, but don’t click to update the basket.
I know it’s my fault, but a reminder would be helpful.

When I sell something through eBay I try and quite an accurate price for postage. I normally quote from Parcelforce using weight and size.
Once my item has sold, I go to Parcel Monkey for lots of options - it gives the buyer more choice on delivery time or date.
Usually, the price is cheaper than my original quote from Parcelforce, so everyone is happy.

I ordered two bearings for my washing machine on 7 July.
One of the bearings turned up after 14 days, but there was no sign of the other bearing.
Trying to contact you is nearly impossible. After talking to Samsung, who I ordered the parts with, they gave me a phone number for ‘espares’. Of course, nobody answers the phone as you seem to be ‘all digital’ now.
Live chat is difficult to get a reply from, but after 20 minutes I’m told there is a delay from the manufacturer for that part. What a joke.
Rubbish service, I’m afraid.

I use Autotrader for buying and selling our family cars. It couldn’t be simpler. Thanks for providing this great service.

I was looking to buy a new Qashqai to replace our 10 year old model, so visited our nearest Nissan dealer for a test drive.
Beforehand, I entered the car we wanted into CarWow and soon received some good offers from various dealers.
Armed with this info, we haggled a bit with our dealer, but he couldn’t match CarWow’s price.
Initially, I was a bit sceptical about the offers I’d received, so actually called in to one of the dealers who’d given me a good offer.
He immediately looked at the quote and promised that was the price I’d pay.
After adding a couple of accessories to the car, I paid my deposit and am now waiting for the car to arrive.
I now have faith in CarWow and realise I could have done everything online or over the phone.

After looking for a trusted company to make my son’s number plates, I found Number1plates. They looked professional and their prices were competitive.
After placing my order, I forgot to send my proof of verification documents, but once I’d contacted them, the plates were sent within 2 days.

So far so good.
I chose a bed, mattress and cabinet and ordered online. I made a mistake on the order, but they sorted it out easily and quickly.
One issue was that a ‘small double’ bed wasn’t on display in their Gateshead showroom.
Awaiting delivery, so hopefully all will be fine!!!
