Terrible quality, AVOID!
I ordered a linen shirt and pair of “suede” loafers. Both were terrible quality and the suede was synthetic not real. The website says “We work with Europe’s finest ateliers” the items are direct from China in plastic bags with Chinese language stickers. I tried to request a return but what a hassle! Firstly they emailed asking for a reason for the return, then they requested pictures of the items and then price reductions. Just accepted the partial refund in the end and will take the items to a charity shop. If you want quality like this then just go to Primark. If this is was a British company I would report them to Trading Standards.

The product they advertise is nothing like the one received. Quality is terrible and it is clearly a bait and switch. Once I tried to initiate a return, they take several emails back and forth to try and convince you to keep the product and then finally offer to refund minus the shipping, and you have to pay to ship it back! Complete scam of a company, buyer beware.

Scammers! The handbag I got was not even the brand I ordered! I ordered the Old Money suede handbag as per their website and received a very plastic, The Row bag which hardly resembles the pictures.

Appearances are deceiving. I waited six weeks on my order. I ordered a pair of ladies brown leather open toe sandals. When they arrived I was very disappointed. The old similarity to the picture was the colour. They were cheap plastic rubbish. Waste of £50 do not buy from this site.

Very disappointing – overpriced, low-quality products that look like cheap dropshipping items
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely feel that people should know what to expect before ordering from Old Money.
First of all, my order took more than 4 weeks to arrive. Considering the premium branding and the prices, I expected much faster shipping or at least clear communication about the delay.
When the loafers finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The shoes look and feel very cheap. The suede feels synthetic and thin, the stitching is mediocre, and the overall construction doesn't inspire any confidence. They are nowhere near the premium quality that the website and advertisements suggest.
Even the packaging was underwhelming. Everything gave me the impression of a product that was sourced from a low-cost marketplace like Temu or AliExpress, rebranded, and sold at a much higher price.
The website presents these loafers as luxury-inspired footwear with premium craftsmanship, but the actual product simply doesn't match those expectations. If I had seen these shoes in person before buying them, I would never have paid this amount.
After receiving my order, I searched online and realized that my experience isn't unique. Many customers report:
* Long delivery times.
* Products that don't match the advertised quality.
* Shoes and clothing that feel cheap or poorly made.
* Difficult return and refund processes.
I also found multiple discussions on Reddit where buyers describe receiving products shipped from China, comparing the quality to inexpensive marketplace products and warning others to avoid the brand. Some even mention being offered partial refunds instead of straightforward returns.
Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing online purchases I've made in a long time.
Would I buy from Old Money again?

If you're looking for quality loafers, I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere. The marketing creates the impression of a premium European fashion brand, but the product I received simply doesn't justify the price. In dutch we say, 'HonkeyTonkey quality'.

A SCAM!
It’s a scam!
The brand advertised as if it’s from the US but the products were delivered from China with very low quality of the craftsmanship. I asked to return the order they agreed but to US instead of origin on my own expense which costs almost half the total of the order so I refused. They offered a 25% refund of which I agreed to but never received.

2 shoes
1 linen trouser
1 linen shirt
1st issue delivery took a very long time. I did no research but once I had i understood the shipment was coming from China so it takes time
2nd issue products did arrive but the packaging is somewhat shall we say untidy. Tried to squeeze all products into the smallest bag possible I presume to reduce costs . So again ok
3 all products look ok. But the clothing items it would say for European sizing this was way out.
XL shirt did not fit. ( i take L at M&S)
XL trousers were tight and I wear 38 inch waist trousers.
1 pair of shoes werw the ring colour more rouge than brown or tan
1 pair of shoes great looking not worn them yet.
OK so jot to the returns.
1 Emailed to say I would lime to return 3 items and get a refund
Got reply back ease send photos of items. I did and wrote why I was returning
2. Sent photos.
3 got reply back saying I could get 30% off my NEXT purchase if I kept these items and gave them to friends or family
4. I said that was kind but I wanted a refund.
5 Next day i did not receive a reply so I sent a email.asking what should I do.
6. Got reply from another person saying that as the return process was cumbersome they could offer me a discount of 20% on the items I wanted to return
SO THEY WANT ME TO KEEP THE UNWANTED ITEMS AND CHARGE ME 80% of the price instead of giving me a refund.
So today I have again emailed and said hello how do I send these returns back and get a refund.
After reading all the complaints on here I am not holding onto much hope

The only downside is the return process. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and I wish returns could be dropped off at a local store instead of having to use FedEx or UPS. That would make the process much more convenient for customers. Other than that, I had a great experience and would recommend these shoes.

Advertised USA returns are actually sent to Poland
This company does not honor its posted policies or its own customer service agreements. Their website promises a simple 14-day return window with a USA address, but their team uses continuous delay tactics. After refusing multiple discount offers just to get a return address, I was told the item had to be shipped to Poland at my own expense, making the shipping fee more expensive than the item itself.
This has turned into an ongoing issue stretching into mid-2026. A representative named Samantha offered a full refund while allowing me to keep the item. However, when I accepted the offer on May 17, the company ceased communication. Despite my follow-ups on May 25 and May 26, I received no response.
I sent another inquiry regarding the status of my order on June 30, only for them to respond claiming they could no longer find the offer even though I have documentation. Because their actual practices completely contradict both their official website policy and their written email commitments, getting a resolution is nearly impossible. Avoid this company if you value honest business practices.
