Unprofessional, Possible scam. Non-existent customer service
Order placed April 18th via their website, with items in stock. As advertised on their pages, they'll ship within 1-3 business days, with delivery within 5-9 days. Received a generic email (twice) asking for delivery details, to which I answered.
12 days later, still no shoes nor any news at all. Breaching their commitment, I demanded order cancellation and full refund.
To this day, no feedback/reply whatsoever, despite having sent a reminder.
Do not purchase this brand. Very unprofessional and smells like a scam.

I gave a 4 star because I had issues receiving my package however, I have to say that Maria and Mike handled the situation so professionally that I was able to work with the team in order to get a replacement.
Although my item took longer to arrive I still got what I paid for and it was all because of exemplary customer service. Special shout out to Paul, I see this company going far in the future.

They will not pay for return shipping. They wanted me to ship back to Poland and then said I can ship back to California. They are not good quality. Typical Chinese mass produced crap. They advertise suede and ship crap. I had to start a claim with Amex and PayPal. Im not returning for color, fit, etc. I'm returning because they are supposed to be suede, not cheap smelly felt.

Run away. If you order something and it's all well, that's ok but in case you need to change or return, forget about it.
You'll have to pay for sending back and they'll never refund your money. They try to get as much time as possible and as soon you sent back, they will create several stories.
Quality isn't the best too, specially for the price charged.
I hope I can never cross my path with this company ever again. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Inaccurate sizing, no exchanges after 14 days
I ordered 2 pairs of Men's size 9 loafers. They are at least 2 sizes too large. Due to some out of town travel, I contacted the company and asked to return them. It fell outside of their 14-day window, so I now have 2 pairs of shoes I will need to donate. They offered me 10% on a future purchase. I won't be doing business again with them.

Absolutely frustrating
Absolutely appalled, furious, and disgusted. I ordered three items, two of which ran extremely small—more like children’s sizes, especially the skirt. I requested an exchange and was very understanding about the long delivery time. However, they provided an international return address after a few weeks from order date because it took 2 weeks for the order to be delivered and they didn’t even tell me my order was already outside the return period which is completely unreasonable for international customers as 14 days is not enough.
I paid a fortune to send the items back for a size exchange. After they received the return, they emailed me saying it was outside the 14-day return period and that they couldn’t do anything. Despite going back and forth, they were completely unhelpful.
I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend buying from here. The quality was poor and the sizing was completely off. The only item that fit reasonably well was the button-up, but even that was very low quality.

Regarding returns, our return window begins once the package has been delivered, not from the day the order was placed. In some cases we do try to help by offering a one time exchange if the delay is only about a week or two. However, if the request comes several months after delivery, we are no longer able to process the exchange as it falls outside the policy.
