Finally, a sleep mask that changed my mind about total darkness

I’ve never been a fan of pitch-black rooms, it always felt a bit unsettling. So I was hesitant trying my first proper deep sleep mask, expecting it to feel the same way. It’s had the opposite effect! The complete darkness this mask creates actually seems to signal to my nervous system that it’s time to switch off, I fall asleep calmer and faster than I expected.

I also love that it’s made from mulberry silk. As someone who cares about natural materials, it makes a real difference — it feels gentle against my skin rather than synthetic or stuffy, and there’s no pulling on my hair or eyelashes overnight.

A genuinely lovely first sleep mask experience. Would recommend to anyone who’s on the fence like I was.

The mask I purchased did not fit well - not through any fault of Dore &Rose. It was simply that I have a small face and the mask was a poor fit for me.
Annie was amazing. She was really helpful, able to recommend a different eye mask and also gave me a voucher to cover the cost of the new mask.

The cooling throw I purchased had been a godsend with the extended heatwave we have been experiencing this summer of '26! Lovely quality fabric that feels wonderful on bare skin!
I would recommend it to anyone finding it hard to get their sleep situation sorted in this weather!

I paid over €100 for my order, and 10(!) days later there is still no evidence that the goods have actually been shipped.

Dore & Rose claims that my order “has already been shipped” and is “currently going through customs clearance.” However, the tracking still shows no actual movement.

They send you pointless AI-replies, all nonsense.

When I specifically asked which country the parcel was shipping from and which customs it was supposedly going through, they told me they were “not able to confirm the exact country it’s shipping from.” How can a company claim that a parcel has already been shipped and is clearing customs, but not even tell you which country it was shipped from?

I have followed up repeatedly and keep receiving vague, generic replies instead of concrete information or proof of shipment.

After checking the other 1-star reviews on Trustpilot, I’m seeing customers reporting very similar experiences. At this point, I genuinely wonder whether I will ever receive the €100+ worth of goods I paid for. Pure SCAM!

I’ll update this review if the order actually arrives or Dore & Rose properly resolves the situation. I've contacted melody@ but she has left the company. We're lost!

I wake up with less frizz now especially near the top of my head. The bonnet is definitely helping more than I expected.

I saw the products in the page and it seems that the quality is very high, which is not, the price is too high for the fabrics, in addition I paid for express delivery and it took very long and didn't even return the money of the delivery.

Quality fabric and the Deep Sleep Mask works as a charm. Never slept better.

I have placed an order on the 7th of July, I got a confirmation that my order was processed on the 10th of July, they created a label with the local carrier, but they have not received my order. I have sent emails to the customer service but they are ignoring me. I have put comments on their instagram account trying to warn other people not to buy things from this shady company, but my comments got removed immediately! So if you read this dore & rose: don't tell me to sent an email to your horrible customer service because I have sent plenty of them already. I filled in the contact form on your website, several times as well. I want to know if I will ever receive this order.

This pillowcase has a really clean, smooth feel to it. It doesn’t slide around the bed like some silky ones do.

The pillowcase gives my bed such a clean and soft feel. I notice it most when I wake up and my skin doesn’t feel as dry.

Very easy to order online. I was extremely satisfied with the communication regarding shipping. I ordered the same set of pajamas in two sizes to see what size I was.
I loved the Henley Pajama set. Quality fabric and great fit. The return for the set that I returned was also easy, but I did need to pay the shipping. Overall I was very happy with my purchase and will be ordering another set!

I would not recommend buying from this website. The return process is unnecessarily complicated and seems designed to discourage customers from returning items.
I was required to upload multiple photos showing the products with all tags and original packaging, which is excessive and unnecessary. On top of that, the return shipping was very expensive and could only be paid by Visa, creating yet another barrier for customers.
This was by far the worst return experience I've ever had with an online purchase.

I didn’t expect to care this much about sleepwear but the fabric really is lovely. It doesn’t cling, doesn’t make me hot and feels smooth against the skin. I’ve washed it a few times and it still feels good. Very happy with the quality.

Looks great lounging around and definitely fits with my curves! very confortable and soft... I highly recommend those sleepwear. This brand really lived up to my expectations about quality and service.

I like that everything feels practical, not just pretty. The bonnet, mask, pillowcase and pajamas all actually get used.

These pajamas are comfortable without looking messy. I like wearing them even when I’m just relaxing before bed.
