Excellent customer service from Rory today who responded to and resolved my query/request promptly - thank you!

Wouldn’t purchase again. They charged me nearly £10 in delivery and return fees. Delivery was £5 and the rest was the return which is a rip off. Considering the item was not as advertised in the image and was extemely baggy and didn’t look anything like the image with the model. I ordered small and it was at least 2-3 sizes too big. The material also was cheap and creased which isn’t reflected in the image on their website. They should be waving those fees as I was definitely misled by their advertisement of the product.

The clothes are beautifully made. The website is great and we'll run. Customer reviews on the website are extremely helpful as regards sizing etc. Altogether a great business to deal with.

I love the styles in Nobody’s Child, and the sustainability and socially responsible ethos. I have bought three of their blouses, which I was very happy with.
Unfortunately, because I live in Australia, the return shipping fees and import duties are prohibitive, so it was an expensive exercise to return a blouse that didn’t suit me. I also think the return process could be clearer.
The customer service though is excellent.
I just wish they had an outlet in Australia which stocked the type of styles I love, which are the feminine and floral ones. These styles are so hard to get these days, especially in eco friendly versions.

Had a problem with an order and a lovely young man called George came to my rescue like a knight in shining armour. He is a true credit to the Nobody’s Child team! #georgetotherescue

I had some issues with an item that became faulty and also a refund that hadn’t been processed, which appeared was my fault. My customer care advisor sorted everything for me. Arranging the return and investigating what had gone wrong with my return and processing the refund I needed. Really happy with the service I received.

Due to Royal Mail messing up on my delivery and basically losing my parcel George from Nobody’s Child customer service was brilliant from the get go and arranged my refund really quickly. Love the clothes from quality to fit

I had an issue with a product I purchased back in January but only started wearing in the summer. Unfortunately, after the first wash, the colours faded significantly and the overall quality of the product was ruined.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received. They carefully reviewed my complaint and decided to issue me a full refund, reopening the return window for the product and allowing me to send it back.

I’m very satisfied with the level of customer care I received.

Really Disappointed 😞 sent a garment back 4 weeks ago ? I have not received my refund from this company I have sent Email after Email asking for my Refund ive got the same reply, have trouble your Refund will be in next 4 days ,Reading the reviews alot of people are going through the same not recving there Refunds ,
I would have ordered again for other items but definitely not unless I receive my Refund ,

I have just discovered this brand and now have 5 of its dresses. I love the design and the fabrics.
Just one quibble though. The V neck dresses are cut a bit low. We don’t all want to be showing off our cleavages. I have to use a brooch on them all.
Would you consider a more “modest” neckline for this style.

Expensive clothing. £5 for delivery and £4 to return so lost out on £9 . If I had known that before ordering i would not have bothered.

I like designs of Nobody’s Child, the slight discomfort rose from the fact that the return window on items’ on sale is only 14 days, something that can be easily missed.
The site gets 5 stars for superb customer service.

Bought two dresses and when my blue light discount wouldn't work on site they still honoured it after the offer had finished, they also recommended which size would fit me best in the styles I was looking at, I've worn the denim one repeat and it washes beautifully and doesn't need an iron which is a bonus! One button cover came off. I messaged to ask if I could buy a replica but instead they sent me 5 new ones in the post and I received them within 3 days, through all emails they've always replied super prompt and are so helpful, added bonus of speaking with an actual human. First items I've bought and would absolutely buy again
