Rubbish from the jump
Rubbish from the jump. Their ID process failed for no reason, no explanation, no attempt to resolve it, just “go away”. Never had this issue with any other bank. If this is how they treat people at the very start, imagine what happens when you actually need help. Shoddy, dismissive, and absolutely not worth the risk. Glad I found out early how useless they are. Avoid.

There app messes up many times and we just deal with it.
