Charge for every transaction

Shittiest transaction method. They charge for every transaction. If I am sending money that time they charge that’s still understandable but they charge while receiving money. Never using it again.

Transaction fee

I find it a bit frustrating that there is a transaction fee for every transfer and withdrawal, other than that I have found Monese really easy to use and was fast and easy to setup. Also I was pleasantly surprised that my card only took 2 days to arrive.

I ordered the card a month ago

I ordered the card a month ago, they took the money from my account automatically, and to this day the card hasn't even reached me, the courier hasn't even called me or someone from them has let me know anything, thank you
