My car was delivered to me on the 07/07/2026, on Saturday 18/7/2026 2 warning lights are now on it for steering wheel and ABS, I've now asked four times for the car to be collected and was advised get onto your insurance and get breakdown assist it will be free. Option 2 drive it yourself with 2 major faults just to point out steering and breaks, option 3 waiting until next week and they will collect.I've driven this car id say 6 times since purchase. Absolute joke AVOID AVOID AVOID

I got my car serviced last week for the NCT, the car tells me to change engine oil every time I start it now, so I called consistently this week to ask them to fix this, but they refuse to get back to me, absolutely appalled at this. I will hold them personally responsible should my car fail because of it. The girl on reception, Emma, was extremely helpful and friendly when I got my service, though, she is a credit to the business.

Buying the car was an efficient process, but scheduling maintenance is a big issue. Both routine maintenance and one where several warnings took at least 3 weeks before they could be done. this low mileage Peugeot 30k km should not be having these problems . Customer Service center inflexible and offered no alternative options

I dealt with Danielle from the beginning, knowing that she would be a brilliant help with my purchase and trade in. I wasn't disappointed, the whole process was seamless and Danielle gave me all the options available to me, which I snapped up. Bought a mercedes from them 2 weeks ago, but before this my trade in had to go the body shop, massive delays.

Avoid at all expense. Bought a brand new electric car from them. Service charge is very high for an electric car -which is a basic health check (tyres and brakes) and a very poor exterior wash. No battery heath check, no software update, you have to pay extra for those. If you have an issue that needs looked at, you need to book two separate appointments as they “don’t do service and diagnostics at the same day!!!!” And the attitude of the service advisor is shockingly appalling, they make you feel like an unwanted piece of crap and they are doing you a favour by taking your brand new car for service.
I would never recommend anyone to deal with Windsor Drogheda, I certainly wouldn’t be dealing with them ever again.

I purchased a brand-new car from Windsor motor Mall garage in Finglas. The garage salesman tried to confuse me. And tried to rip me off I approached him on it and he said I will amend it then the week before collecting the car he tried it again to rip me off. I showed him the paperwork and contacted manager and it was addressed I had the new Car for one week and start having issues with it contacted the garage and it took them a month to bring the car in when my car was in the garage getting repaired they rang me and told me the mechanic wants to take your car home with him and drive it back to the garage tomorrow I told them I did not agree with this. The woman on the phone was very rude to me and very aggressive I would not buy a car from Windsor Motors again.

It is a scam! I have left my Nissan Leaf in Winzor Airside with two separate issues. After an hour they rang me saying that they fixed one of the issues (charging time clock was not synchronised with clock of the car) and second issue needed parts and another visit. I was charged 175 euro and after I got into the car it was obvious that clocks are still not synchronised. I have explained to the lady at the reception that issue for which I have paid for is still not fixed and left them car again. After another hour she rang me saying that if I wanted this to be fixed (clocks synchronised) I need to bring car on another day and they will charge me again… Explaining that I have already paid for something they have not done didn’t work. If you want to be charged for absolutely nothing this is the best place to go to. Avoid at all cost!

Danielle seems too busy to deal with anyone. Almost a 15K difference in price offered for my trade in. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My spouse purchased a Renault Evolution Tce 140MY 25 on 9 Jan 2026 at Windsor Motor Mall and returned the car on 18th Feb 2026 with condensation on both front and rear lights. The car was returned to her in the same condition with the comments,
Caused by excessive rain recently, all lamps ok, condensation at normal level for time of year, will evaporate, will monitor at next service.
THIS IS AN NCT FAIL CONDITION DUE ELECTRICAL FIRE RISK.

Dealing with Danielle in Windsor Belgard was a real pleasure. Danielle gave us all the information needed to make a decision on a car and all the different options for add ons and payment methods. It was seamless, with a professional and friendly manner. Highly recommend.

Renault Zoe I brought from Windsor MotorMall, stopped charging before Christmas, they couldn't take it in until Jan 12th. Over a week and €900 to replace a loom. On the first charging it failed again. Back to them on Feb 6th, no word until I called them today (2 weeks later), they may know more next Monday or Tuesday. So I still have no car. Very disappointing.

Windsor Airside is worst garage that I have ever dealt with. My son purchased a used car. I went to collect it on Saturday for him. The sales executive Ciaran advised when signing for the car that it was an import my son decided not to take it. He assumed he was buying an Irish car. Ciaran was really rude and walked off in a huff into his office. I had to go after him to request a refund. My Son is still waiting on his refund almost two weeks later. The whole experience was so unpleasant and unprofessional. Definitely wouldn't recommend this garage. My email of complaint to the Dealership manager still remains unanswered. I would have expected better from Windsor.
If I could have given a zero star rating I would.
We purchased from Keary and the service was 5 star and so professional.

I rang Windsor, Liffey Valley, Dublin, yesterday and spoke with Jack. I explained that I was trying to find out if it is possible to use HVO fuel in an Opel Combo Komfort van as I am interested in buying one. In trying to explain why I was asking he said, a little sarcastically, I thought, ‘’because you want to use HVO’.

I explained that, yes, that was why, but also that because I am being given different answers by people I thought to ring head office. Jack explained they were not head office, which was my error, and he gave me their number, which was helpful. He also checked my query and returned stating that their head engineer said it was never to be used, that only diesel should be used, and they could not stand over it if HVO was used. Again, this was helpful. However, I then rang Opel head office, Dublin, who were very polite and helpful. They said that once it has XTL written inside the petrol cap then it is safe to use HVO in an Opel Combo Komfort van.

My experience yesterday started off very poor. My car broke down in the middle of a busy road and I called the ‘ head office ‘ line to see could I bring it to motor mall in finglas where I purchased my car I was told ‘ we can’t give the go ahead on that I’m afraid as they are fully booked up’ my car was shut off in the middle of busy road for 3 hours and no one would help me.car was still under warranty. However I got through to motor mall and was no problem to bring it up

Just got my new car today (221) have to say the whole process was made very easy by Ken and Robbie listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out a car will definitely be back to get an upgrade in the next couple of years

When I was buying my car they were all lovely but my indicator has gone and its not as easy as replacing a light I have to have the whole unit replaced. I have phoned and emailed them and nothing they don't want to know. Then I get a call asking did I want to upgrade? I said no but while you're on the phone I can't get through about this issue, he didn't want to know. So do not buy from them their customer service is abismal
