I have found in recent years that Aviva is best value for cover and good online related discounts. I did not rate at 5 because their renewal reminder increased property value 16% in the year and the premium went up a good bit. I ended up renewing through an online broker with Aviva for the same cover for €200 cheaper than renewal price and a slightly smaller property valuation increase that was more realistic

Buying the car was an efficient process, but scheduling maintenance is a big issue. Both routine maintenance and one where several warnings took at least 3 weeks before they could be done. this low mileage Peugeot 30k km should not be having these problems . Customer Service center inflexible and offered no alternative options

Ordered an in-stock item 12 days ago for prompt delivery. no sign contacted several times and get a boiler plate 'rest assured it will deliver next week or the following' I am hanging in to see will they ship this week which is the week I need the item otherwise I will be cancelling the order

I placed a small order this week and paid immediately by PayPal. So far there has been no order acknowledgement or communication. I have emailed support and await response. I am wondering is this site a scam as I see other poor reviews. LATER Support are now engaged with me to try resolve the issue
