I bought accommodation for gran canaria for a special holiday for myself and my husband. On arrival the difference between what was advertised and the reality very quickly unfolded. With a long list of genuine complaints we contacted booking.com and the accommodation owner. We were told of we left, they were would receive a full refund. We left having stayed less than 24 hours and only slept for a few hours. After leaving we were informed that we would not receive a refund which meant we are 902 euros out of pocket. Booking.com failed to reply to my messages, both on the app and by email. I have used them for over a decade and travelled so much, but once a problem arises they shut down all ways on contacting them. Highly recommend using another booking system or book direct with hotels.

I made an order on 24th June on this website. I got a confirmation email. No other correspondence from them. No reply to countless emails from me and no answer from the many phone calls made. I am only sorry I didnt pay attention to the reviews here first. In the process of trying to get refund, not easy at all. 3 months on and I am out of pocket with no delivery made. Please do yourself a favour, use a different company.

Excellent customer service. My order was delivered very promptly, especially as it was during a very busy season. I have started to use my order of wild yam cream. So far I find it a lovely cream to use and I will keep it up to see if it helps menopause for me in time. 🤞
