I gave them a €200 deposit on a car then I changed my mind on the car and got refunded my deposit no problem at all it was very easy to deal with them 👍
I had an absolutely shocking experience with N7 Motors. I paid for a car in advance and arranged a collection date, only to arrive and discover a vehicle that was nowhere near roadworthy. The dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with multiple engine warning lights, and the car was clearly not in the condition I was promised.
To make matters worse, I later found out the car had been involved in a crash something I was never told before paying a cent. That kind of information is basic transparency, and the fact it was withheld says everything about how this dealership operates.
The entire situation was a complete waste of time, money, and trust. I travelled out expecting to drive away in a car I had already paid for, and instead I was met with a vehicle that shouldn’t even have been on display, never mind sold.
If you value your time, your safety, or your money, avoid N7 Motors. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I had a great experience with this car dealer. The team were very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Justin was especially responsive and helpful, always available to answer my questions and make everything easy.
I am very happy with my purchase and really enjoyed dealing with them. Thank you very much, and I look forward to coming back in the future to upgrade my car.
Ghazal
We recently bought a car from N7 Motors. The buying process was smooth, and if you're aware of the vehicle's background, the prices can be attractive. On the surface, everything looked good.
The real issue is after the sale. Their so-called "inspection" appears to be limited to just ensuring the car passes the NCT — no more. We proactively took the car to a reputable independent garage, and they uncovered urgent repairs worth over €3,000. That’s simply unacceptable from a dealer claiming the cars are in top condition.
To make matters worse, the included third-party warranty from Carsimple turned out to be useless. They refused to cover any of the major issues and insisted we use their “preferred garage,” which charged €100 just to plug in a scanner and offered no transparency or proper diagnostics. It feels like the warranty and inspection processes are set up to minimize payouts, not protect the buyer.
Bottom line: If you know what you're doing and are willing to do all your own checks, N7 Motors might work for you. But don’t expect meaningful support once you drive off the lot. You're on your own the moment the sale is done.
I message this guy to ask about an import, and because I think as I asked the important relevant questions , he may not have had the answers that made me comfortable, he didn't reply, my daughter also messaged him from a different phone and no reply on a relevant question. Stay away ,leave him be, when bells sound you have to heed.
I had a very bad and dishonest experience with this company and I will never go back. On 11/8/2025, I paid a €200 deposit to N7 Motors for a 2022 Hyundai Tucson.
Before paying the deposit, I was not informed of any previous damage. I then did a car check online and notice several previous checks had been carried out by insurance companies.
After the deposit was paid and only following my written query asking had the car ever been involved in a crash, the dealer confirmed that the vehicle had sustained front-end damage due to vandalism, which required repair.
The dealer now claims they disclosed this before the deposit, which is not correct. In fact, the Saturday I went in to view the car, there was only one sales person working and he was dealing with other customers. I had a 2 minute conversation with him on the way out about would they except a trade in against the new car.
I have contacted the business and they are refusing to return my 200 euro deposit. They are saying it’s standard practice in their dealership to ensure full transparency about any prior repairs or history before a customer commits to a vehicle, and they believe this was followed in my case. But yet, there are several reviews with the same complaint.
In addition to this, cars are just squeezed into a small yard and you have to come back a separate day if you want to test drive one.
I saw a car I really liked here, I drove over there and spoke to them about it. They assured me it was a great deal, and that they would provide full service history etc. They failed to mention any previous damage on the car. Upon doing my own background check I discovered the car is a category D write-off. Meaning it can legally go back on the road but it is grossly de-valued and a nightmare to insure. I'm so glad a found this out before I left the deposit as I got loan approval for this car. Do not trust these guys and definitely do your own background checks.
Contacted this company about viewing/ test drive of a particular car. Asked did I need an appointment and they said no we are open until 5 most days. Drove over an hour to see the car and when I got there it was “out on loan” and he told me to come back next week.
Was looking to go and see a car here. Phone 5 times and left a good few messages. After I bought my new car somewhere else they contacted me. Customer service is not existing and staff were rude.
I’ll give 5 starts . customer service was excellent . Those two young man are very busy and doing their best to make all customers happy .received all answers on my question on email or text with no problem.bought my car today and was very quick and easy purchase.
