We bought a car from Bill Griffin motors in June. It was our first time using this company but definitely won't be the last. We our delighted with our car. Our sales person was Richie and he has been extremely helpful. I've had to email him twice since buying the car about two separate things (neither relating to the quality or condition of the car), and he has promptly replied and helped with both issues. Lovely to have such a professional experience while buying the car but really amazing to have such a great after sales service. I'd highly recommend. The array of car choice was second to none, the online system for looking at car specifications was so easy to use, and all at a great price.

Decided to buy a ID4 2023 and was trading in a 2016 Toyota vitz , NCT 2yrs perfect condition , new tyres etc
Was offered 3.5k, told they can't sell them and are not popular
Decided to leave, listed car on done deal and sold for 6k in less than an hour
Also only giving 3 months warranty, went to frank Keane VW and paid same price with a years warranty and made to feel welcomed by great staff
Avoid this dealer and look at all their bad reviews

Went to Griffin Motors on Saturday 25th to view a 2021 Toyota chr,my salesman Liam was brilliant,he went through the spec of the car with us,a very professional, friendly young man,we offered a deal to him, and on Monday we paid a deposit,Liam really pushed hard to get the car over the line for me to collect her yesterday,my beautiful lady is now outside my door
