I BOUGHT FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY A SILVER NECKLACE WITH LETTER AND A PAIR OF EARRINGS. THE ORDER CAME AT A LOGICAL TIME, THERE WAS INFORMATION BY E-MAIL ABOYT THE ORDER CONSTANTLY. THE PRESENT WAS VERY BEAUTIFUL, IT WORTH ANY PENNY A PAID FOR IT AND MY DAUGTHER LOVED IT. THE NECKALE AND THE EARRINGS ARE VERY ELEGANTE.

Really very poor standard of jewellery and the return process to Germany cost half the cost of the product.
Always pays to research return liable cost.
Cost £50 and looked about £5 value.

I brought it for our anniversary gift to my wife and she loved it

The earrings I ordered were not in my opinion as they looked on their website.
They were so small you could hardly see them.
Rior.design do get back to you promptly as to how to send and item back, but unfortunately this is to Germany and it cost me £32 to return a £51 pair of earrings for a refund.
