More than pleased with both phones.
This is the second phone I have bought from this business.
The first one is still working properly, but I need to upgrade, and I know that this company is the best option. High-quality phone, and taking care of your order. Highly recommended.

Phone suddenly stopped working after less than one year, so within warranty period. Messaged them several times, they never replied. Tried phoning also several times, nobody ever picks up.

Like a lot of others would appear this company has ceased trading and not responding.

Phone is in a very good condition and I'm pleased it.

We were in the middle of a refund owed to us for goods returned last year. But then all communication has stopped and only silence from their side

Bought both iPads and iPhones, always as described and the customer service second to none.

Great service and fast delivering, i will buy another phone from this company soon.

Bought a phone and its not working. No answer from second hand phones, I think they have gone into liquidation.

The phone arrived fine and everything was good. Unfortunately the after care is non-existent. The phone developed an issue after a couple of months. After 4 weeks of trying to get in touch, I got no response.

I had to get the phone repaired at my own expense.

Impressed with this store's efficiency; my Galaxy S21 order was a breeze, and
now I'm happily exploring the features of my new phone.

I chatted with customer service through Amazon and duly returned a faulty phone, and now they appear to have disappeared off the face of the earth. They have not responded to emails, and their phone line doesn't work. So, they have my money and my phone albeit a lemon. How can they tell you to return a phone and then disappear the following week? Very poor.

I have a concern about an iPhone I bought 6 weeks ago which now has a screen that freezes intermittently. The company is no longer contactable by phone and all the stock for sale on their website has been taken down. I fear that Second Handphones has ceased trading. I wish they had made it clear on their website that they were having a closing down sale at the time of my purchase. The 12 month warranty promised is meaningless if the company ceases to exist within 6 weeks of making the sale.

Where are you? I still have faith in your once stellar service but running out of patience. have you gone under? we sent a phone back to you for warranty but havent heard anything back although it was accepted and signed for. Your phones are not being answered.??

Have returned my daughter’s phone as it stopped charging. Was told to return it last week although we could not clear any data as the device had stopped charging. The phone was accepted via Royal Mail signed for. No word or reply or any answer on their phone. Think they have gone under as no stock on the website. But they must have known this before telling me to return the phone. Very frustrating as all my daughter’s photos are on the device we just want the phone back and I will get it repaired.

Have used this company a few times now. Service is exemplary and used phones exactly as described. If you have a problem then rest assured it will be resolved swiftly and satisfactorily.

Bought a phone from them last year. Phone now has a defect and has stopped working (it is within their 12m warranty period). I have tried contacting them about a claim via their phone number, email and eBay - all with no luck/response. I am now without a working phone and I’ll have to pursue them via the small claims court. I bought from them because of their positive track record but they’ve disappeared. Beware!!!

I missed the cut off delivery time so I had to wait until Monday for them to process the order which was fine as it was my fault in not ordering it in time.

It arrived on the Tuesday as expected. It was well packaged up with good documentation. The phone is in very good condition with just a few marks to the rear but this does not matter to me as it goes in a fold out case anyway, and tbh it was exactly as described.

The phone works like new and for a fraction of a price as for a brand new phone which in my mind is ludicrous to pay £600 plus. I am 98% happy with my purchase, you may be wondering why I have dropped 2% off well this is only down to the battery life is not great and it runs down a lot quicker than my original phone did which was 6 years old but apart from this I am very pleased with my purchase and no doubt I will use them again.

Other companies should be recycling like these guys do, we really do not need a new phone every year and we should be recycling tech a lot more, so hats off to second-handphones.com
