I mistakenly omitted to request next day delivery on an urgent order. I was able to phone them three days later, when I realised my mistake, and they immediately escalated the order to next day delivery. When the courier company subsequently underperformed, they investigated the error with the company directly and were able to guarantee that I would receive my order timeously. This was all resolved through telephone calls to Customer Service, not a bot in sight. Thank you TPM for restoring my faith in online commerce.

One of the few companies that still offers advice to customers over the phone. Their diamond core bits seem of a good quality and very reasonably priced. They also supply a full range of the core bits that one may need.

I have a concern about an iPhone I bought 6 weeks ago which now has a screen that freezes intermittently. The company is no longer contactable by phone and all the stock for sale on their website has been taken down. I fear that Second Handphones has ceased trading. I wish they had made it clear on their website that they were having a closing down sale at the time of my purchase. The 12 month warranty promised is meaningless if the company ceases to exist within 6 weeks of making the sale.

I had to source a most unusual tap cartridge that nobody had been able to supply. Tap Magician supplied a cartridge that was close, but not quite perfect. To my amazement they took the cartridge back, placed it on a lathe in front of me and milled it down to the exact dimensions required! I have not encountered enthusiasm like this nor these skill levels from a supplier in many years. I ended up buying two bespoke-machined cartridges for only £38.00-outstanding service!
