Mobile skin covers do not stick on round edges of mobile phone. Waste of money.

I've been a customer for a few years now! (back to when they had the other name, I think 2022?) and something that has been consistent is the great quality of the material and responsive support throughout the years.

I have bought skins for my phones, handheld devices and laptops, different textures and designs and they have been great and durable.

I particularly like that the skins for laptops cover the trackpad as this parts deteriorates quite quickly with daily use, so, having the skin not only makes the laptop look great but also prevents the usual wear and tear that otherwise the trackpad would have.

In fact there's a macbook air m1 that I still use and it's using the very same skin since 2022 and it's still looking great. The only area affected after 4 years of daily use is the trackpad but this is expected as it's exactly the purpose of this skin, to protect the laptop from the daily wear and tear.

This skin (as the name says) is a wrapping that protects the items from light scratches. If you drop your phone or your laptop from a significant high or hit it strongly the skin can only partially protect it. I recommend using a transparent case too so you can display the design and also protect your phone from falls.

As for the not so good part. I did experience only 3 issues with the skins in all these years and the issues were addressed swiftly. One of the issues was a minimal misalignment in one of the sections of a cover for my steamdeck and upon sending proof of the issue this was corrected immediately by allowing me to choose the sae or different design and have effectively replaced the whole set.

A recent issue was related to a skin for my laptop but similarly I provided proof and they helped immediately without hesitation and that's the reason why I'm here today!

The last issue happened back in 2022 and it was about the material. A few weeks passed and bubbles just appeared. This was corrected too. So, I was quite happy that not only I got immediate support but also support for a skin that was already installed and seemingly ok. By the way, something might have gone wrong with that skin because I could see that right now they are no longer selling it which is a good thing as they take customer feedback into account.

In short, really happy with the service to the point of taking a few minutes to write this review. You can always buy somewhere else but it's the quality and particularly the humans behind this company that make the difference 🙏

Biggest con artists going! They say sign up to their mail list for a discount, then when you go to buy, they add more stuff to your basket to make up their alleged "25% off" but then you remove those items (which triple your original price) and you don't get any discount at all!!
Shady upselling and bad selling practices have now made me goto one of their competitors

I experienced an issue with my MacBook skin after about two months of normal use, as it developed discoloration around the Apple logo cutout. I contacted Qskinz support with photos, and Chris responded the same day. He apologized immediately and offered to send a replacement without any hassle.
What impressed me most was the customer service. I was even given the option to choose a different design for the replacement. Later, when I wanted to order another skin for a friend and combine it with my replacement shipment, Chris provided a voucher for the replacement so I could place a single order, making the process very simple.
Although I experienced a product issue, the way it was handled was outstanding. Responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful customer support. Thank you, Chris and the Qskinz team!

My new phone cover package arrived quickly, but sadly, the cover was missing. A quick email to the company and chris, sorted it immediately. So rare these days where you can often spend days chasing a company when you have a problem. DG

Avoid this company! I received a dirty case, and parts of my order were missing. I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times but have been completely ignored. The customer service is appalling, and I’ve had no resolution to my issue. Save yourself the hassle and don’t waste your money on this company.

I highly recommend the shop and the mobile skins they sell. Not only the skins are of great quality and very easy to install but also at very attractive prices! Moreover the shop adds a personal touch in thier serice and communications which i especially appreciate 👌 😀

Love Qskinz they make your phone look factory finished I got the mystic grey and work in the oil field and I get oil on it and it wipes right off leaving no marks! Cases are nice and sturdy and they have great customer service! Highly recommend!

Recently ordered a few awesome skins for my IPhone 13 Pro Max and PlayStation 5 Slim digital. Awesome looking skins and great quality.

I ordered the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL - LUXURIA Tuscany Yellow Textured Skin. It was a great color and texture. It was shipped timely and I was kept up to date very well. It was easy to put on with his instructions.
Unfortunately less than 3 days later, be the smaller/ thinner areas were not sticking. After a week I'm looking for a new cover.

Quick and easy installation, good quality phone skins - you just need a hair dryer to help seal in the wrap, took maybe 5 minutes tops. Ordered evening of 28th June and had it delivered morning of 4th July (I received an email from the company stating they're made to order).

Worked great for me as my phone had cracked back glass that kept shedding dangerous glass fragments - the skin helped seal it up so I could actually handle my phone without a case again.

Sold a sticker for £20 instead of advertised phone case, absolute scam. Please remove site immediately.

Textured Carbon Fiber Skin for the MacBook Pro 14" (2025-2026, M5), and I love the quality and the YouTube instructions. I applied the skin to the entire MacBook Pro 14", and it looks excellent. However, I ran into an application issue with the trackpad piece; it got damaged while I was trying to remove an air bubble—right where finger sensitivity is crucial for work.
I would like to acknowledge the Qskinz team.
After an issue arose with a skin, I sent an email explaining the situation and received a prompt response. To my surprise, the team provided a voucher for a new skin at no cost.
This kind of approach demonstrates respect, attentiveness, and a commitment to the customer experience—especially for someone new to the brand.
In addition to the excellent product quality, the service was impeccable: fast, courteous, and truly focused on resolving the issue.
