I ordered a linen set and received a cotton/polyester material instead. The advertisement is false, and the customer service representative did not even comment on it; they only offered to return the item and pay the delivery costs. I would avoid this shop

I ordered the ribbed mock neck sweater from Solvera last week since the mornings are getting chilly. The knit is surprisingly soft and the collar doesn't feel suffocating at all, which is usually my main issue with this style. I will say the sleeves fall a bit past my wrists, but they look fine pushed up. I did have a question about the washing instructions and Elena from their team got back to me the same afternoon. It's been my go-to piece for running errands lately.

I would have given them -5 stars. Ordered sandals 23.06.26 but stil today 21.07.26 I have not received any package despite money have been pulled from my account. I have tried to contact them several times but no answer.
The webshop looks fine and write Nordic fashion, but when the order confirmation came it look like a crap confirmation, and I got a feeling it was scam. Received a track and trace mail the day they pulled the money, but it says a month later on its way…
This is a scam, items are not as described and the company refuses to refund items.
This is a scam and all the good reviews are bots. The clothes ship directly from china and does not even have brand or price tags and are completely different from the pictures. I only received one of the items in my order. They try to force you to pay for the return shipping to china. Scam.

It's a scam! Horrible customer service, it seems like the parcel was delivered but it is nowhere. When trying to track it , the tracking link doesn't even work. I've emailed them a few times already to let me know what is happening and I've got no response. I will contact my bank to get my money back as this is ridiculous.
