I ordered a pool bed in June and I have still not received it.
They have taken my money and not responded to any of my emails!
Do not buy anything from this company; absolute scam!

Awful experience . I wouldn’t even rate 1 star .
Poor quality clothing . Size too big . There’s no lable /washing instructions . Fabric of poor quality .
Took 3 weeks to arrive . After constant e mails to chase .
This company is based in china . So shipping clearly takes long . However the package had a return address in feltham .
Yet on the return form I was told to post the china address . Postage alone costing me £34 . I paid £54 for the outfit .
I have been conned . Will never use this company .

I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from Sølvera (Beyond Zenith).

Delivery was advertised as taking only a few days, but my order took nearly a month to arrive.

Unfortunately, I was unable to collect the parcel from the pickup point in time. I fully acknowledge that this was my responsibility. However, what followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.

Sølvera refused to provide any refund whatsoever and repeatedly referred to "company policy". Their own Terms & Conditions state that uncollected parcels are "returned to us", yet customer service later claimed that the parcel is returned to a logistics warehouse and not to them.

They also claimed that the parcel has no return address and therefore cannot be returned to them. In my view, the absence of a return address and the company's logistics arrangements should not become the customer's responsibility, nor should they justify retaining the entire purchase amount.

Despite several requests, the company failed to identify any provision in their Terms & Conditions allowing them to keep the full payment. They also failed to provide the legal basis for their position and eventually informed me that they would no longer respond to the matter.

I found the explanations contradictory, the customer service dismissive, and the handling of the matter deeply disappointing.

Finally, although Sølvera presents itself as a Scandinavian brand, my order was shipped from China, and the nearly month-long delivery time was not at all what I expected based on the branding and presentation of the website.

Based on my experience, I have no confidence in this company and strongly advise potential customers to avoid ordering from Sølvera.

As the matter remains unresolved, I will be pursuing it further through my payment provider and the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Finally arrived three weeks late. They are not leather but cheap ugly pvc.
Beware. This is a shop drop company based in china with a deal in Denmark

ordered a pair of shoes 6th may got an email shoes have been dispatched on the 8th may been in contact with them all they keep saying is will be with me in the next 7-10 days now 30th may still no sign of them please do not order any thing from them i would rather pay double to a different company than order anything from them again

I did eventually receive the Tote Bag I ordered after being sent 2 replacements which bore no resemblance to the design I originally ordered. Although it was described as ‘quilted’ and ‘embroidered’ the bag is flat fabric with a clever design that only appears to be that way in a photograph. The same designs appear to be available in varying quality across the net.
However, the bag I was finally sent, appears to be robust, well printed and of good quality.
The whole process was lengthy and frustrating - but I will give credit to ‘customer services’ (whether they be human or well-designed ‘bots’) for their pleasant politeness and speedy email responses.

I ordered a quilted tote and a quilted laundry hamper. At least something arrived, but I was quite disappointed. Neither were quilted, the tote was similar to but not the same as the one I had ordered. The quality was not what the picture showed at all.
I was thinking I had Christmas presents sorted so I’m very glad I bought for myself first. The tote is alright in itself, but not worth the money. The laundry hamper will be a reminder to check review sites first!

I put in an order weeks ago and have made a complaint only to be bombarded with standard emails informing me that my order is ‘on its way’. I am usually pretty careful who I order from but my advice is stay away from this company and do not order from them.

Absolute not a leather bag, cheap plastic, complete rip off. Cannot be contacted by email, another lesson learned, never buy from anyone on the Internet who are not a recognised business, just buy from Shien, at least you know what your getting

ordered something, got a qr-code to check thr delivery, but when i scanned it, it brought me to another website.

I wouldn’t recommend this web site. They won’t accept returns if you decide the item is not suitable. It will cost you to return the item for at least £25. They will offer you a 20% refund if you keep the item you no longer want !!

Be careful, there are too many Chinese sucks shop disguised as danish on the internet now. The lowest quality you can get without any opportunity to exchange it or get refund. Always check on the trustpilot, before making any purchase

Ordered on the 6th of November and have been back and forth with them since the 12th of November through email promises of delivery give them 3 days then they'll refund 3 days pass still no parcel still refusing refund smelly rats

I wish I had read the reviews before buying I am in discussion (via email) and I phoned the number on their website to cancel my purchase!!!! but they are not responding!!!! They are buying from China and it looks as though this company has ceased trading - so goodness knows who these people are. The are liars and scammers!

Absolutely the worst process ever. Slow! Is an understatement. Communication is appalling. Weeks and weeks before you get what you ordered. The item has not label on it, supposedly wool, it isn’t, no returns address ,no document at all! Just the jumper in a plastic bag. Supposedly from Denmark. I think it’s from China.
It is the most rubbish process and product, complete rip off.No size on the jumper, no washing instructions, nothing. Protect your money, don’t be tricked.
