An honest site.
I signed up for Muscle-booster in August because the sports club I usually attend is closed during the summer. I didn't read all the details when signing up and missed the fact that, after the initial month at €9.99, the subscription automatically renews at €39.99 per month. Oops. When the charge went through, I asked for a refund. Initially, my request was denied, and I was offered a one-year subscription for the same price instead. I said no. In the end, I did receive a refund of the €39.99. This reassured me about the site's reliability and honesty.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY
I am extremely disappointed with Muscle Booster and what I consider to be a deceptive and bad-faith billing practice.
My husband and I purchased a 3-month program. We paid for those three months believing that was exactly what we were purchasing. We did not knowingly agree to continue paying after that period.
Imagine my surprise when, after the three months were over, I opened my credit card statement and found another charge of approximately $82 from Muscle Booster. Yes, $82 AFTER the three-month period we had already paid for.
What makes this even more frustrating is that we barely even used the service. Yet instead of the subscription simply ending after the period we purchased, we were charged again.
When I contacted them, I made it very clear that I did not authorize or expect this additional charge and requested a refund. I also immediately canceled the subscription. Their own cancellation email now states that the subscription will remain active until November 26, 2026, which makes it clear that this new charge extended the service for another period — something I absolutely did not intend to purchase.
In my opinion, automatically charging customers again after they purchase what appears to be a fixed 90-day program, unless the renewal terms are made extremely clear and knowingly accepted, is misleading and unacceptable. I consider the way this was handled to be in bad faith.
I am requesting a FULL REFUND of the unauthorized/unexpected renewal charge. I don’t want additional months of service. I don’t want credits. I want my money back.
Consumers should be extremely careful before entering their credit card information and should check the renewal and cancellation terms very closely.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I like the fact that you offer a work… fun with tai chi
I like the fact that you offer a work out for my age and then another workout. It’s a little more intense. I like doing both also that I can make my own workout for whatever length of time I want at whatever level whether it be easy, medium or hard MIHM pretty much in medium, but I love the site because it gives you so many options and also the fact that when you’re done, you can check and see what muscle groups you worked on and which ones need rest and for how long I think it’s fantastic. I truly enjoy it and I look forward to it each day. Thank you for all you do.

Difficult to cancel
Difficult to cancel - Cancelled my subscription and received confirmation that it had been deactivated. They then took payment the next month. Messaged to receive a refund but they said I signed up after cancelling. Asked for evidence but they couldn’t provide. Refused to refund.
