Awful, I loved it at first and then just as the three month trial period came to an end it changed beyond recognition and I now don’t find it helpful at all. It used to give you CBT related written tasks and now it’s just AI asking you pointless questions to elaborate on your problems. I’ve raised this with them but they’ve refused any kind of refund so I’ve paid £53 for a really useless mental health tool when I could have spent it on something helpful

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They charged my account without any warning after I hadn't used the app in over a year. As soon as they took my money, my subscription was cancelled, leaving me with nothing but the charge. It feels like they take your money first and ask questions later. I would not trust this app,check your subscriptions carefully, or you could end up paying for a service you don't use.

I learned an important personality trait of external locus of control that I gravitate to. I think I saw the mistake of not or focus on my internal locus of control - lack of independence, self esteem and relational trust for both/myself. WoW. Nora was helpful and actionable.
As for my experience with the app, I enjoyed the app and found it very helpful. I learned a lot about my mental health and would recommend it and have recommended it to others. I cancelled my subscription because I only intended to use it while I was waiting on my health insurance benefits which cover mental health services. I assumed my purchase was only for 3 months, but it auto renewed. I reached out to Nora for help and she was quick to respond and offered many solutions to which if I still needed the app, would have taken full advantage of.

I tried this Liven app and wasn't impressed and cancelled my subscription. It is no longer in my subscriptions in the Google play store, yet they are continuing to charge my card. Of course, there is no info anywhere to get in contact them!
