DANNY- and the authority the company gave him - are doing great in cancelling and refunding my subscription without customer shaming or adding complexity.
Liven - I did not even know I had ever looked at it; nonetheless, I was being charged. This is not OK.

Beware! Deceptive Cancellation Flow & System Errors Charged USD 233.70
I strongly advise against using this app. I attempted to cancel my subscription during the initial discount/trial period, but the app’s deceptive interface and technical errors prevented the cancellation from processing.In the Japanese version, selecting "Membership" redirects you to an external browser rather than managing it within the app. The cancellation page is filled with endless promotional pop-ups designed to confuse users, and the system fails to send a confirmation email. On top of that, the auto-renewal reminder toggle in the app constantly turns itself OFF, leaving users completely uninformed. Despite never intending to continue, I was charged USD 38.95 every month, totaling USD 233.70. Customer support completely refused a refund, repeating boilerplate policies and ignoring their own platform's system errors. Extremely frustrating experience and a terrible user trap. Do not download.

Excellent investigative work about an unknown subscription
From the first email I sent to the last they responded quickly to each one in a super cute out way, with thoroughness and in a positive and optimistic attitude with clarity. They did a lot of research about investigating the billings and asked me particular questions and gave precise directions in order to help clear up the mystery of the subscription. I appreciate their professionalism very much! Good job!

I lost my job and couldnt afford the subscription which was taken from my account. but the team saw sense and allowed me to have a full refund. thanks guys that made a huge difference and we are able to use that money towards bills and food this month now.
