Charged as thought had cancelled, turns out it’s not easy to cancel
Sadly and my own fault . I got caught up in the quiz and thought I had started a free trial and I believed cancelled the same day When discovered I was about to be charged £49.99 reached out to ask for my subscription to be cancelled as I couldn’t work out to do it on the app . ( it is not easy ) They did reply that they had now cancelled it . And this

So basically they wouldn’t refund me , I never used the app as I thought it was cancelled. My fault as I thought I had successfully cancelled, but I was disappointed with the lack of understanding ! I did explain that I could ill afford to lose this money
Lesson learned , so I can’t recommend their app which might be great ! I cannot recommend their understanding and empathy . If money is tight avoid

I got the Professional Help I needed 🙏🏽
I was in need to cancel my subscription one of the Dressly Team Member wrote straight back & explain to get on the App to go into Accounts, select manage payments etc
Well I couldn’t find anything in the App to do what I was asked. I sent another text messsge to the Dressly Team Member, again straight back to advise me that they had cancelled my subscription for me. That was so professional & very friendly. They also notify me that my automated money will have stopped as well. That meant so much to me, to be treated as a human being that is great customer service.
