The interactions were very smooth and…

The interactions were very smooth and the agent understood the real context of what I am explaining. In many cases i was little freezing and I required time to digest the question but when i read back the question to understand the Agent was smart enough to discard the question that i repeated and able to extract only the answer that i said

Zara's response time

Zara used to collect my answers and was quick enough to ask more information as soon as I ended, I mean the response time was quicker. Felt like talking to human than machine.

On point

I loved the way the interview was conducted. the questions were from cues taken from earlier answers. It dint feel mechanical or pre loaded. The response time was pretty good and felt like human interaction.
