I used Magic Hour’s video-to-video tool to turn clips for a music video. Being able to try different looks on the same clip was especially useful as I could see what actually fit the song before committing to a style. Great for experimenting with a music video’s visual direction.
The AI Image Editor tool is amazing! It saves me so much time from manually editing an image or outsourcing it to an editor, and is so straight-forward/simple to use. There is also an ample amount of models to choose from, to cater to your standards.
they suck with just a 3 sec video clip if you are a free user

i started using magichour 3 months ago to run ai generated ugc content on tiktok / instagram for my marketing campaigns for my ios app.
So far the experience has been amazing. They are cheaper compared to other providers in the market and provide you with all of the models that are available out there to choose from. The results have been decent and id say its a bang for the buck
The ‘ai music generator’s’ daily free quota of three tracks is actually rather meagre; the exported WAV files are only 30 seconds long each. I haven’t tried any other services, so it’s difficult to say whether this company offers any guarantee of quality.

we've shared the nightmare that has become an undeserved investment in (the temporary) use of magnific (formerly freepik) and didn't at the time have a resource we felt worthy of sharing.
since then, we've discovered magicHour and think it is worth folks trying. magicHour gives you credits daily allowing you to build up for specific use cases. the daily allotment is enough to generate content, though, including image-to-video that maintains transparent background.
not all platforms honor transparent backgrounds, often causing additional work, so this is a big deal.
and while magicHour seems to use some of the usual suspects you find on magnific — we've yet to be censored on magicHour.
the fact that they offer free credits and ensure that those credits are enough to do something meaningful says a lot about their integrity and belief in their product, in our humble opinion.

It was working as stated for the last month, but recently I stopped getting the daily credits promised, then all my existing credits were wiped out. To top it off, I have not received any response since the first issue came up. Do not trust their claims.

You were right that our FAQ had not been updated quickly enough after we changed how free daily credits worked, and we should also have responded to your original support request sooner.
We restored the affected credits, added additional credits for the trouble, and updated the FAQ to make the current system clearer.

I love using MagicHour AI to make realistic photos of my pets doing silly things haha! Honestly I just send an image of my dog and say I want it wearing a cowboy hat and then I have a beautiful image of him. And it is totally free to use. I find that a bunch of these AI websites need money but this one gives you free credits!

I have been using Magic Hour AI for around 12 months and have only positive things to say. I actually subscribe to the Creator package, and still get 100 free credits every day just for signing in, which is a lovely gesture. Excellent results in the video and image face swap, and also the image upscaler feature which is useful for upscaling their face swap images if you need a higher resolution say for image to video (which there is a button for so you can jump from one task to another quickly). The text to video generation, and the image to video generation is some of the best I have seen, and really fast and simple to use compared to others. It even has an avatar creator and a superb UGC video creator (from an image!), although these features eat your credits FAST! I want to experiment more with these, so I can see myself upgrading to the next tier so i can get more monthly credits. Highly recommended for price to feature ratio, really pleased so far.
