Wow! So much value in one membership!
I've only dabbled in the app, but today I added an intro to features webinar. And "Wow!" -there are so many features included. I especially like how you can create your own AI Avatar. Also another useful feature is access to over 18 million images and video clips for free! I am really looking forward to upping my video creation game.

We are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. We have canceled your subscription and issued a full refund of the $228 renewal charge.
For clarity for anyone reading this review, Pictory subscriptions, like most online services, are set to automatically renew, and this is communicated during the signup and purchase process.
If a customer decides they do not want to renew, they can cancel their subscription at any point during their subscription term, including anytime during a 365-day annual subscription. The subscription would then not be renewed.
While the renewal occurred according to the subscription terms, we understand that you did not intend to continue your subscription. We have therefore refunded the renewal in full and confirmed that your subscription will not renew again.
We appreciate your feedback and hope this resolution addresses your concern. We also hope that the way we handled and resolved this situation has helped improve your impression of Pictory.

Pictory has been a great way to create explainer videos for the health and wellness writers, physicians, and industry experts I interview for my YouTube channel @writingahealthylife. They listen to my suggestions for improvements (such as adding the ability to sort by graphic length), offer several options for video creation, and recently introduce professional-looking layouts for shorter videos. Would love to see these layouts available for longer videos, as well as the ability to copy and paste text and have the attached audio move with it into clips. Overall, a good experience - they're always evolving!

5 Stars all the way
This company is always staying to the fore when it comes to making video automation easy to use. If, like me, you're not tech savvy, Pictory is by far the best tool out there.
Their support staff are second to none. It does take around 24 hours to get a reply, but rest assured that during that time they are actually working on fixing whatever issue you have — or, in my case, coming up with a solution to a problem that I'm sure only affects the way I use their app!
I've always found them incredibly helpful and very plesant, and it's reassuring to know that when you do run into a problem, there are real people there willing to find a solution.

They lose your content
I have been using Pictory for a few months now. I have created tons of content. My business calls for review and reuse of content. When I came back to reuse some of the content I had created a few months ago. It was corrupt and impossible to use. I was told by customer service that I had to redo hours and hours of work because the platform doesn't work adequately. I am prepping a switch to another platform.
