They have cute things. However I bought a dress that looked very cute. I had to pay for delivery (fair enough), about 5 euros. But the dress was very weird on me. It was shorter on one side than the other, and not a bit. So I wanted to return it. They really try to not pay you back, you have to go through 100 steps to get your money back. It almost looks like a fraud. And when you finally get there, you can see you will get -10 euros because you chose to have your money back. Very dissapointing because I really liked the clothes on the site.

This is my second experience buying from Mad Peonies. The first delivery last year never arrived and it took a long time for them to realise and to eventually get my refund.

This time, they have made it so that the refund option is - so far - not available and you have to email them to try get one. I don't want a credit note, I want my money back. Don't think I'll be ordering again, which is a pity cause the clothes are beautiful (though what I ordered looks cheaper in person than the photo).

I ordered, the clothes didn't fit. I tried the online returns and it doesn't work, keep getting error message. I have contacted them multiple times by email and noone is helping me with this problem!

I was really excited about this French brand. Loved the colours and the styles. I didn't realize they are just reselling clothes from other brands - everything I ordered has a different label, and they are all made in China. Was hoping for better quality. On the website, the Jenna Top composition is said to be 100% Cotton, but the top is made from viscose, polyester and elastane. I would appreciate some more transparency on the website of where the clothes are coming from. (I bought the ksar t-shirt, the Suzanne blouse, the Jenna top, the amapola trousers and the enza t-shirt). The Ksar top is quite thin. The enza top is a bit scratchy on the inside. The amapola pants have a strange plastic lining on the inside, I don't think the lining is 100% cotton like the tag says. The blouse is okay but I will be returning because I don't like the fit. The Jenna top fits well but it isn't cotton like the website says.

Ordered a beautiful pink/blue stripped satin skirt. The colors are Devine. Took about a week to get to Ireland which was grand. Fits lovely. Always nervous about ordering online but I am very happy with the purchase and will definitely buy from them again. Their clothes are devine.

I absolutely love the jeans I bought, they arrived in a reasonable time and the quality and sizing is perfect!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the return process. There was an unnecessary dispute about whether two items were included in the return package, and as a result, I ended up losing money. The handling of the situation felt unfair, with little effort made to properly investigate or help resolve the issue. Very frustrating customer service experience.

Ordered my items on the 13th of May for a holiday on the 1st of June. The item has not arrived despite the 2.5 week wait and the shipping to Ireland from France. I contacting customer service who were unable to reassure me that my package would arrive before the end of the month. Currently it say it’s still in France and hasn’t updated since the 20th of May (8 days without shipping updates!)

Unsatisfied. Requested a full refund as I won’t have the items in time for the holidays I bought them for despite ordering in plenty of time.

UPDATE: Items arrived late and missing one piece. Contacted the consumer service who then sent the missing item without question and it arrived very promptly. This was much appreciated.

My order arrived promptly and to say I'm thrilled with my jeans and shirt is an understatement.
They are stunning visually, the fit and quality are also amazing.

Beautiful clothes. Although I had an issue with the courier the mad peonies team were swift to respond and resolve the issue. Would recommend.

They sent the wrong colour and completely failed to respond to a request to exchange the colour to the correct colour which was ordered.

Such a great and unique brand! There's a certain charm with the trendy and colorful pieces they offer. I'm really happy I discovered them. I've ordered a couple of times already. All the times delivery was very quick (to another EU country). Items look exactly how they look on the photos and videos. Their customer service is quick and efficient, including returns. Only possible point of improvement can be the quality - few items had some hanging seams which I had to adjust a bit but that shouldn't stop you from buying from them.

It's the second time I've shopped here and I am agáin in love! They deliver what is shown in the pictures, so you never have to question the quality or size or ... it's àll as promised! I never have one single doubt to buy here! 😍😍

So if this is your style and you love to walk around in an outfit not éveryone else has; this is your sign! I find this webshop as one of the best and unique there is!! 😍

Good quality clothes for the most part. However the labels say they are made in China? With a high price tag I thought they were made in France as advertised???
