Awful experience! Products are good but customer service is a disaster. The bikini I ordered was too big. After 3 emails they finally responded with guidelines on how to return.The system doesn’t work though and they said I will be notified. For my next order I will most certainly choose decathlon. Never again with them!!!!

One month since I placed the order FR19020 and havent received it yet. The tracking number says it was supposed to be delievered August 20th and I’m still waiting…

Ordered on 31st July and no communication beyond showing processing. No information that the order was being delivered so wasn’t home and had to pick up from a drop point instead.

The items themselves are not as well designed as other brands and they are very bulky. Looks and feels like wearing a nappy, after first wash they looked even worse than when they arrived and the layers feel like they are separating within the garment.

I have still not been able to get a return label for the things that did not if.

The stars should be zero. I am very disappointed from the company and also from the delivery company postnl. I made my order 4/7/25 and the order confirmed immediately. Then there was an information mail telling me that the product is out of stock an it will be send in the middle of the next week. The package is still on the plane and i haven't received the packet yet.... I am asking my money back we are talking about a month of delay..... Very disappointing situation

Late delivery. Had to go on hollyday without bikini. No info on their website about how to return items. I send a mail. Now informed that apparently I can not return my order but only exchange it to something else?? That is not how I understand “free return for 30 days”.
Will not shop here again.

After complaining I finally got my money back. But the process of returning an item is simply a hassle and too time consuming.

Ordered on the 3rd of July but to date nothing received! There is no live chat as promoted on their website. Sent email to their info address only to receive an automatic reply! Money was withdrawn too!

This is the worsted company I have ever bought anything from. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Ordered 05.07.2025, and have still not received anything even though website is saying 3-5. I do understand having a busy times, but 9 days later and only “we have received your order”. Money is withdrawn.
I want my money back now.

I made an order on 27th of June and stil haven't received the products I bought! I paid in advance and their customer service is not responding to e-mails! I want full refund now and will sue them to my bank. I order menstrual swimsuit, but since it hasn't arrived on time, I don't need it anymore.

I made an order on their Danish website July 5 2025. Got the order confirmation (terms are in French). They withdrew my money July 8. However, July 10 I still haven’t heard if my order is on the way. On their website, they mention delivery within 2-3 days, but I haven’t received my order or any communication besides the order confirmation.

I've contacted them several times by email to arrange a return, as the chat isn't working and there's no option to do so through their website. There's no concrete answer to resolve the situation. I feel like I've been deceived.

No costumer service. It has been a week since I ordered, the website says delevery within 3-5 days. It is impossible to get a hold on them.

Very disappointed of the customer service .They advertise that your parcel will be delivered in two or three days and it's almost a week and I am still waiting.Noone answers in the e mails and there is no telephone to call them.I won't order anything again.

I ordered som period bikini bottoms and a little bag. I got the package yesterday and only the bag was inside. Maybe they made a mistake. But there is no reklamation option in the site, there is a chat that never answers and an email adress that noone answers as well.

Super soft and comfortable underwear. I bought some for my daughters first period and it made her feel more comfortable because it fits like normal underwear and can hold a decent amount of blood. It also washes very well.

On time delivery...well packaged...great product...

If you are a bigger woman just know that the sizes are not very inclusive. I wear a EUR size 46 and I ordered the 3XL bathing suit which according to their website is the equivalent of size 46 and I could barely breathe in it. I wasn't too happy about it but it was okay, I sent it back. My main issue was with the customer service. I had to use DPD to send it back, eventhough my package came with GLS, and where I am DPD service is terrible and you can't reach their customer service at all (it has been like this for years). So I asked if there is any other way to send the swimsuit back to which they replied that I can use UPS for 12 EUR, which I would have to pay and which was more than the 1/5 of the price of the swimsuit...I expressed that I wasn't too happy about this but at this point they stopped replying to me altogether. All in all I was sad because the swimsuit was good quality and I would have loved to support a smaller brand but I cannot recommend them after my experience.

Hi. The products came on time. I used Klarna as the payment system. I returned one of the products and kept the other one. Although I have been confirmed for the receipt of the return on 13/3 by the company by e-mail, they still haven’t settled the payment as of 4/4. (In the same e-mail, it is mentioned that they need up to 14 days for the settlement of the payment, which is overdue now.) Klarna surely wants to know more as they can’t pause the invoice forever.
