I’m 100% satisfied with these period underwear. They’re incredibly comfortable, fit perfectly, and feel just like regular underwear. They provide excellent protection, even on heavier days, and I never have to worry about leaks. The material is soft, breathable, and stays comfortable all day. After several washes, they still look and perform like new. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable alternative to disposable products.

I purchased Luna on a buy 1 get 1 free promotion having never used the company previously. The items were for my young daughter. I paid online for 2 pairs and received confirmation of the purchase of 2 pairs. So far so good......
...Until 2 hours later when I received a further email stating I had updated my order with a thong and they had taken a further £14.97 from my account!
I emailed the customer service (there is no phone number) and stated I had not made the purchase and wanted the money refunded.
Many hours later I received an email back from Kasandra at Customer Service stating that I had most likely clicked to add a further item as part of a one click offer on completion of the initial purchase.
When I replied and evidenced that my initial purchase with confirmation from Luna was for just 2 items and that there was a 2hour gap between the purchases and again asking for a refund, they never replied to me and have not refunded my money.
I am yet to receive any items.
Totally disgusting behaviour leading me to believe this company is yet another scam. Avoid avoid avoid!

Let me explain what happened here. Right after completing an order, our checkout usually shows a one time after purchase offer that customers can either accept or decline with a single click. It looks like this offer may have been accepted by accident, which is why a second confirmation for the thong came through shortly after your first order. That also explains the gap you noticed between the two confirmations, as it happened as a separate step after your initial purchase.
Because this went through as its own confirmed order, we're unfortunately not able to cancel it on our end. We do understand how confusing this must have felt, especially as a first time customer, and that was never our intention.

Not used yet but good customer service - size up!!
I haven’t used these yet, but they look good quality and the colours are nice. I used the fit guarantee & the customer support was really helpful - though to avoid the faff I’d recommend checking the sizes carefully. In general going up a size as both the waist and legs were tight on both styles I chose. I’m a UK 8-10 and have ended up with sizes L and XL!

Really comfortable underwear
Really comfortable underwear, incredibly soft to touch and amazing to have added protection up the back.
I ordered two in the same size, but different styles. One for and one didn't. They were quick to come back to me (but sadly it ended up in spam!) and said they'd replace without sending back, but that I would have to cover £7 postage fee. Although happy to cover postage this is a lot for postage of something so small and light.
They did highlight that on their website it says the hipster comes up small so this is fair enough, however the size guide itself, which is what I used, didn't stage this, so this could've all been avoided if it was highlighted on the size guide too, which I hope will be implemented following my feedback.

I am very happy with my Luna underwear
I am very happy with my Luna underwear, and the customer service I have received too. Whilst unfortunately the underwear was too small for me, I was able to exchange these using the Fit Guarantee service. The person who I spoke with was very helpful and quickly sorted this for me too.
In terms of the underwear, they appear that they will be very comfortable to wear and the seamless design is a great bonus too!

I ordered 4 items (2 underwear and 2 swimwear) all in the same size, but I was only happy with the fit of two of the products. I am currently in the process of arranging replacement sizes as part of Luna’s fit guarantee, perhaps it would be helpful if there could be a section on the website linked to your order where you can select which item you want replacing and which size, instead of having to go back and forth over email with Lunã staff (as nice as they are) - I think that could be more efficient for everyone.
I am yet to use any of the products I received but the quality seems good.

A deeply unfair packing practice affecting returns
I had a very disappointing purchasing experience that people should consider before buying.
All items of an order arrived sealed in one pack. Once the seal is broken, nothing could be returned, only swapped for a different size of the same item.
This means that if you bought more than one item of the same thing and didn't like the feel of the fabric or something else which isn't the size, you are stuck with it even if you haven't tried it on.
A fair practice would put a seal on each item, to make them individually refundable.
I had an exchange with the company but they just said that it would be too much work for their warehouse.
Think carefully before you purchase more than one item.

Because our underwear is a hygiene product, anything sealed can't be returned for a refund once that seal is broken, only exchanged for a different size under our fit guarantee. We know that feels limiting when you've ordered more than one item, and it's something we genuinely take on board.
On the packaging itself: our warehouse processes a large number of orders every day, so unfortunately we aren't able to accommodate individual packaging requests per item. We really do appreciate your understanding on that.
That said, we'd still like to make sure you end up happy with what you have. If sizing is part of the issue, just reply to our last email and we'll arrange exchanges for the right sizes for you.

I ordered some hipster pants for my daughter and unfortunately the ones id ordered were just a bit too small. I contacted customer services for their "fit guarantee" and a lovely lady called Josephine dealt with my enquiry. She explained in full how I go about getting a new order of pants completely free.
Although the pants unfortunately did not fit, the quality of them felt brilliant and my daughter is excited to try the new ones out.
I would definitely order again as the website is easy to order and understand and customer service is good.

These underwear arent as advertised...possible scam company
These underwear arent as advertised they do not offer full protection. When you follow the link from the ad you are brought to a page with many different pairs of underwear to choose from. However, ONLY ONE MODEL offers a high gusset at the front and back (the brief). My pants arrived with a higher gusset at the back and the front is very low, and to be honest the material is cheap quality. I have better quality pairs from Wuka and M&S.
When i contacted Luna they offered to replace the pants with new ones with a higher gusset at the front but i needed to pay postage as they wont offer a refund due to their hygiene policy. When i queried the postage they REVOKED THE OFFER OF THE REPLACEMENT PANTS, TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN THE MODELS AND THEN POSTAGE - clearly they are not a genuine company if this is how they interact with customers. I really think this company is not legit. Dont waste your money, time and energy. Wuka, Modibodi and M&S offer superior quality period pants at a fraction of the cost. For examplt 3 pairs at M&S are £20 vs £30 for one pair at Luna and the protection is the same.
EDIT UPDATE. I have replied to every email, this company has not responded for 48 hrs and are EXCEPTIONALLY TALENTED AT SPINNING THE NARRATIVE TO SUIT THEIR OWN DELUSION. they 100% revoked the offer of the brief after I queried the p&p. I have requested a manger to step into the email thread, as so far I have had Hazel offer the product I originally thought I was buying and saying i need to pay 6.95 p&p, "We are happy to go ahead and offer you 2 pairs of the Brief as your replacement. Just to clarify, the replacement item itself is completely free and the only cost involved is the shipping fee of £6.95, which simply helps us deliver the package to you. The Brief offers full front to back coverage which is exactly what you are looking for!" I then had the following from Laarnie when I queried p&p "Regarding the replacement, please note that there is a £5 price difference between the item you originally ordered and the item you are now requesting. To go ahead with that replacement, this price difference would need to be covered, along with the shipping cost."
It is clear what is being posted by the company in response to my review is nonsense and they are in fact going back on the original substitute. They also are asking mt tonreply to their last email...which I did on Monday monring, no reply from them since but theyve had time to come on here to do what they do best - GIVE MISLEADING INFORMATION AND SHARE FALSEHOODS.
The advertising that their product offers full protection is a way to lure you in and mislead you. They then offer replacements with £ 6.95 p&p but once you open them to check them you cant return them. This is not an honest company, and most likely a drop shipping site even if they claim theyre all made in their own factory.

To clear things up: the model you originally chose isn't described as having a full front gusset, so that's not something we've claimed for that particular style. We do have models with more coverage at the front, but those sit in a higher price range, which is why a small price difference would normally apply when switching.
That said, we never withdrew the replacement. What we did was offer you an alternative model within the same price range, so you can move to a style with more front coverage without having to pay any difference at all. The only cost involved would be the shipping under our fit guarantee, since we can't refund a hygiene product once the seal is broken.
Quality really does matter to us, and all our underwear is made in our own factory according to our own standards, so we'd genuinely like to get you into a pair that works the way you need it to. If you reply to our last email, we'll get the alternative model arranged for you right away.
