Products seem good although not used as yet.Customer service has been great at helping sort out a sizing problem as a first time customer with their fit guarantee system. It is a shame products can not be packaged in individual sealed bags (although appreciate plastic wastage issue here). But this would mean if several products were purchased as a first time customer and on trying one on, found to be wrong size, then those unopened could at least be returned to prevent product wastage.

Very easy to use website, good pricing, fast service, exceptional product which exceeded my expectations in terms of its quality (photo of an old lithograph print, reprinted on hahnemuhle German etching).

This parcel has yet to be delivered despite saying it has been and still hasn’t been a whole day later despite raising it as an issue.

Great customer service. On the occasion I needed something changed, they were very swift to do so and really paid attention to what I was after. Lovely personal notes included in package as well.
