I ordered my Oryzom Dash Camera without doing sufficient research and having received it, discovered that it was unsuitable for my vehicle. I requested return details which came very promptly and the repayment into my PayPal account was handled quickly and efficiently.

After 2 months the robot stops in the middle of the room. Everyday.
Nothing is tangled, it has been cleaned.
Customer service is terrible. I have been waiting 2 months for a solution now.
Don’t buy this.

I ordered the V1 Ultra cordless. It took a while to get as it got lost in shipping. Oryzom eventually sent it and offered a partial refund for the trouble. Meanwhile I ordered what was supposed to be the same unit from another company. Not only was it an inferior knockoff, but their customer service was terrible.
I am very please with my genuine Oryzom. Being cordless is a great convenience. It is built great and light enough to lift onto chairs. The suction is great and needed as we have 5 cats. My only issue is the collector could be larger as I have to empty is about 4 times doing my 1000 square foot house.

Bought Blood Pressure cuff V8. Difficulty programming. Asked to return but they will not accept opened boxes or "Used" product as per their policy. How can you be certain it works without trying. I discourage anyone doing business with them!

I would follow the advice of everyone else here and perhaps avoid this company. I bought an Oryzom Dashcam 4K Pro, because of a top 10 review on ReviewDigest. Unfortunately the whole product is let down by a very shoddy app, that you have to download from the Google Play Store. Customer communication wasn't that great, but they did offer to refund me in the end, but by this time I had lost faith in their customer service (from reading another review on Trust Pilot) so rather than throw good money after bad (I would have to pay to send it back by Special Delivery Post) I decided to keep it. At least it works without the App. I do feel a bit let down by Review Digest, tbh.

Faulty Goods delivered (wouldnt work properly)
Took over a month backwards and forwards sending videos etc, before acceptance of Faults.
We only wanted replacement?
Had to "pay myself" for return even though goods were faulty, nightmare!
Finally got a refund😒 Never again!!

I was very disappointed with the robot vac I ordered (it did not pick anything up whi h is kind of the poiint) so asked to return it. They were extremely slow to respond to my emails, offered the usual tiny refund which I refused as I didn't want to keep a useless vacuum. I had to pay to return it now waiting for a refund.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The shaver came very well packaged and with a proper instruction booklet written in good English plus other Languages. The Procut shaver is quite similar to my old Phillips shaver in design and operation, but is simpler to clean after use. It works well leaving my face smooth. I can comfortably shave my face in 2 minutes, so at that rate the battery will last for 30 days until a recharge is needed.
There was a problem with the delivery and Royal Mail (unusual for me) in that the delivery person left the package i a neighbour's outhouse and it took a few days to find it. I kept in touch with Oryzom. Ricah and Sheila were great in sorting out the problems.
I feel happy that I bought this shaver

Delivered broken dashcam, they make it impossible to send it back.
Only at own costs.

Due to the very slow and bad communication it’s now out of the 14 day return policy.

Bought the Oryzom robot vacuum. Everytime I use it the side brushes fall off. I wrote the company several times but they did not feel like this was defective in anyway but said I could send it back at my expense. Now it’s making a funny noise and I haven’t gotten any response from the company about that yet. Don’t waste your money. I have a cheaper brand from Amazon that works much better.

This is a scam, do not buy! No product received, no refund issued

Recieved a cheap knock off of a product falsely advertised. However they did give me 50% refund on said product. Despite saying I would prefer the actual product it turns out they didn't have it. I ended up still paying for nothing. Communication was good enough I guess.

Researched for best dash cam. Site called Review Digest suggested the Oreliom 4K dash Cam Pro. Ordered it on 3/5. Received it on 6/5. Found the lead not long enough for my car. Asked for return reference number. Return address on website was in Peterborough, company emailed me at 3am saying the return address was a private house in Bexleyheath. Despite my requests or a return ref number have not received one and still not sure which address for return. My money was paid to Hong Kong. Website says customer services open 9-5pm. How do I receive email replies at 3am? Conclusion - they are sent from Hong Kong and not UK. No UK phone number! Not able to contact review website either.

Vacuum took longer than expected to arrive, poor communication. Now that I have it the vacuum refuses to save maps making its usefulness very limited.
Returns procedure is such that you have to stand a significant cost to return the unit. What never touch Orazum again.

Sent a faulty unit , never replied to my emails until a month after reporting the issue , wanted me to pay for the return of a faulty item, luckily I reported it to my credit card company and I received a refund , I noticed they have updated the terms and conditions since I bought the item, and not fir the consumers benefit...avoid , avoid avoid

Received hoover not fit for purpose including US plug (i am in UK). They just keep asking for more and more photos. Totally untrustworthy. AVOID

Good comunication as there was a delivery delay by Royal Mail, sortedand delivered.

PLEASE DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH ORAZUM!!! Here’s why…..
I bought a vacuum cleaner for £195 in April 2026 from a company called Orazum. Order acknowledgment was prompt but delivery of item took another 2 weeks or so. When the article arrived, I assembled it quite easily and as per instructions. I charged it for the recommended length of time. When it came to using it, only 4 little green lights flashed at the bottom of the brush.
I immediately wrote to them to advise that the battery was not charging and that a replacement battery in full working order would be required. I’m still waiting for a replacement battery 2 weeks later…. Orazum ‘s delay tactics include requesting photos of programme status whilst charging, questioning whether I had installed the filter properly, asking me to forward a brief follow-up email right away to help my case reach the top of their list after every exchange of email. Frankly, companies like this should be better vetted before coming onto the market with their beautiful advertising campaigns and robbing customers of their hard earned money. I bought this appliance because it was a British product, ranked better and cheaper than a Dyson. I fear that this company is relying on people giving up on their consumer rights because of constant tactics and empty promises by Orazum.
PLEASE DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH ORAZUM IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

Terrible. Don’t expect a refund for anything. No customer service just run arounds and lies. Throw your money in the trash can, it would be easier.

After more than a month, I am still waiting for my refund for a defective hand-held vacuum. The company’s latest delay tactic is a saying its refund system is down. I think this company is not an ethical one. It has no intention of returning my money but keeping it. Stay away from this company.
