Please do not use this company, i purchased the robot vacuum and. It was faulty. The support email looks like it is AI generated so it sends you in circles with troubleshooting requests and never a way to return.
Luckily my bank allowed me to do a charge back as could see this was a similar experience for others.

As per all the other reviews, this company is a total scam. I also purchased the robot hoover for £269. It's absolutely rubbish and they do not respond to emails therefore can't return it. I'll be contacting my credit card company. All I can say to anybody thinking of using this company is DONT, basically they are criminals and I sincerely hope the law catches up with them

I have been conned good and proper. I ordered the Zonelia NS7-U robot cleaner online at £269. However, a few hrs later I discovered the company did not have a good reputation and the price was exorbitant. The same unit was available on Amazon for £259 and Joop for £119. I quickly emailed them for a discount or to cancel the order within a day of placing the order. They did not reply to my two emails and shipped the order 3 days after I sent my last email. I have now received the item with brand name Liectroux and fear that I may not get any refund if I return it. Btw the unit has arrived with an India/UK adaptor. The whole experience has left a very bitter taste.

Product is terrible. Worst purchase I have made. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Don't waste your money, go for a more popular brand that has service and a product to back it up

Have given the vacuum a couple of months but it doesn't remember routes, stops and beeps all of the time and is just not worth the money

This company are scamming people did receive a robot vacuum does not work and just getting run around via email.

A waste of money

I decided not to have the vacuum but they would not refund me the money and said that if I did send it back I could have 8% of the price and be liable for the postage and packing back to china. do not use this company

I ordered a vacumn robot from this company end of March but decided quite quickly, since I did not receive information about when I would receive the order that I no longer wanted the product as is my right under UK law. They ignored my request regarding cancelling the order aaking me to be patient. I sent several request to cancel the order and was told its in transit but when I receive it I should try it and if I dont like it then they will let me know how to return it. I informed them that I no longer want the product and will refuse the delivery. They had opportunities to advise me of returning the goods instead the goods have been retuned via the return address on the package and they have advised to refund only half my money. This is ridiculous since I do not have the goods and they will not give me a full refund. Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They will scam you and keep your money. I will not stop until I receive a full refund but please everyone do not put yourself in this position where a company is willing to keep your money Please do not buy from this company.

Following allegedly glowing online recommendations I purchased x 2 of these products. For ground and first floor at my property

1) Only x1 unit arrived

2) The package had clearly been damaged and punctured and the product inside was obviously damaged too

3) customer services would not reply to emails to either the damaged item or where the 2nd product was

4) The item purchased was a generic product labelled “Robot Vacuum” it was not a Zonelia branded item

5) An interrogation of the “Zonelia”website reveals this is a company based China not European as stated in the review.

6) The customer is expected to pay return postage of £50 per item + 20% “re-stock charge and another 15% if the item has been used. Absolutely staggering.

Essentially this company is clearly a total scam.

I will now be contacting my credit card company to implement charge back

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We ordered a robot vac. It took 2 weeks to arrive. We charged it up fully and sent it round our living room. All it did was spread the dirt instead of lifting it. We have sent multiple emails, including videos of it not picking up. Now the are not responding at all. Terrible purchase, worse customer service and it's looking like we've quite simply been ripped of for what I earn in a week! If you've ordered anything, cancel payment and cancel order. Pretty sure it's a scam. Will know very soon. Edit. Since none of our emails are being answered any more, we have contacted our bank which has refunded our money. Its out of our hands now. Except for the useless ornament taking up space in our house. Edit. DEFINITELY A SCAM. BEWARE. Refund has been reversed. Use a credit card, not debit. Bank good for nothing.
EDIT Beware this address. 2nd Floor, Building G, Zhenghan Warehouse, No. 8, Pulong West Road, Tangxia Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. There are lots of "companie s" using this address for returns as advised by AI " customer service" FAKE all the way. Company names like zonelia, swiftgrid, casinos, rivelua, nexoria, aetheros. The list goes on.. They want us to send back robot vac that doesn't work, at the cost off over £100 plus tracking. There is a list of "possible" things that could go wrong. Company we bought from supposedly in uk, return address China and contact no. US!!!!! WTAF. I am not letting this go
